I absolutely LOVE Love Integration Yoga! The yoga offered here is traditional/devotional, which I really appreciate. Classes are challenging in a great way, and modifications are usually offered for those who are new to yoga or just looking to take it light. The teachers, staff, and fellow yogis are all extremely kind and welcoming. Love Integration also has an array of other great offerings, which have included an open mic night, regular satsangs (wisdom talks), kirtan (chanting), a summer artists’ market, and a flower crown making workshop. Each event is better than the next and is often very collaborative in an effort to support other local businesses and really bring the community together. The studio is so beautifully decorated and also has a great boutique with ethically-crafted merchandise. Beach yoga is a true highlight! Love integration is the true definition of home away from home for me. So grateful to have found this amazing place to practice, a block away from the beach ! The teachers, the vibe, Liz ( the owner) and her amazing grace. The studio itself is a blessing, beautiful, clean, a spiritual sanctuary for all. I sometimes would come here after a surfing dive in the ocean to just meditate! They also offer these amazing workshops led by women and men who love to just spread love and creativity and wholeness to this universe, I highly highly recommend them. I was recently on a retreat for the first time with this beautiful community, not enough words could describe the magic of their Venus rising retreat! Filled with magic and herbs and feminine divineness knowledge. Overall this place and this community is heaven on EARTH ! Highly highly recommend you give it a try if you can, or if you are looking to step into the highest version of yourself

I absolutely love this studio! The energy of this place is amazing and you can feel it immediately upon walking up the stairs before even entering the actual studio space. I have been to my fair share of studios throughout the cities I have lived in and multiple studios in Long Island and this space truly is something special. The focus on the spiritual aspect in combination with the physical is what resonates most with me and this place has got it down! The owners, teachers, and staff are some of the warmest and most welcoming people I have had the pleasure of getting to know as well as all of the students that come to share this space.
