I don’t even know where to begin with Glen and his wife. My mother-in-law recently passed away so we had two houses to sell. My husband found their information posted somewhere on Zillow and I am so happy he did! If we had questions or concerns (which there were many) if he didn’t answer when I called I immediately got a text message from him. He was ALWAYS available to speak with us and truly is such an amazing person because he is personable, reliable, smart, and will go the extra mile to ensure all needs/wants/concerns are met. We’ve dealt with many realtors in the past not only for ourselves but when my sister was looking for her forever home, we experienced what she experienced, and we absolutely played close attention to the realtor and immediately realized how important it is to have a realtor that actually listens to you, but not only listens, actually hears what you are saying. My house had been for sale, with another realtor, for 6 months, before I hired Glen & Kristen. The house had multiple dwellings, difficult to describe in the typical realtor blurbs and not without its problems - Missing permits, C.O.s, records too old to be located, etc. They immediately understood the concerns and offered solutions.
