Love the building and the public spaces. Buy a cup of coffee inside and walk around to see the beautiful building during the day. The roving gangs of unruly violent youths after school and at night make it a very dangerous place to be, like Cincinnati or Canton. Given that the entire complex is a vital shopping, tourism, and transportation hub, I'm surprised there's not a law enforcement station in the building. Mall security is just that. The throngs of unruly youths create mayhem and turn people away. Being on Public Square late at night reminds of the official trailer of Hotel Rwanda during the fall of the government and the beginning of the genocide. There are many entrances and discreet employee areas, so it's very easy for criminals to escape undeterred. The entire Public Square needs a law enforcement station. Mall and building security is just Walgreens security. Residents in Downtown rush to their apartments to stay safe from the violent mobs of youths who have taken over the Public Square area. Only the morning light brings some respite like a breath of fresh air as one exits a crematorium.

It's getting to the point that one's not safe even going to the corner deli for a Bologna and Cheese on Pumpernickel Sandwich with a Pickle cut Lengthwise and a Side of Fries with a small cup of Ketchup on the Side and a Large Root Beer with Little Ice and a Straw anymore. That's why I left NYC tenements and I thought coming to Cleveland in an old Greyhound was the way out. When I stepped out at the Old Greyhound station (now the gay baths) I looked up and ask somy, "Is this Heaven?" The old hippie with a box of cancer sticks in his shirt pocket told me, "Yes, this...

This is a great shopping mall conveniently located in downtown Cleveland. I went here and was immensely satisfied with my experience. I walked in from the Public Square entrance, which has an abundance of homeless people outside. After walking in, I walked to the water fountain inside the mall, which is in a large opening and serves as the focal point of the mall. This part of the mall is very open, having a large glass roof which is located three stories above the fountain. After going to the fountain, I took an escalator up to the mall's second floor. After walking around that floor for a while, I went back down to the first floor to use the bathroom. I walked past the fountain and down the hallway to Jack Casino. The hallway was quite boring, being mostly just wall instead of storefronts. When I got to the bathroom, I went inside and used it. It was quite nice and clean, which I like. After I used the bathroom, I walked back to the Public Square entrance and left the mall, satisfied with my experience. I gave this shopping mall five stars because it's conveniently located in underneath the Terminal Tower in downtown Cleveland and it has an RTA station where you can take the Blue and Green Line to Shaker Heights, The Flats, and North Coast, and the Red Line, which you can take to the airport, Ohio City and University Circle. Tower City Center also has some very nice Art Deco architecture,...

Tower City Center, located in downtown Cleveland, has a rich history. It was originally known as the Cleveland Union Terminal when it opened in 1927. The complex served as a bustling transportation hub, with a grand train station at its core. In fact, it was one of the city’s main train stations for decades, connecting Cleveland to the rest of the country.

The iconic Terminal Tower, which stands at the heart of Tower City, was once the second tallest building in the world, only surpassed by the Empire State Building. The tower’s distinctive architecture is still a symbol of Cleveland today.

Over the years, Tower City has seen various renovations and changes. It transformed into a shopping and entertainment center in the 1990s, featuring a shopping mall, restaurants, and a cinema. It’s a place where locals and visitors alike can shop, dine, and enjoy various events throughout downtown. It provides easy access to progressive field and the Cavs stadium through indoor tunnels built into the building as well. It is also located within the building that used to be the old Higbee building that has been transformed into The jack casino

While the transportation hub has shifted away from trains, Tower City remains a significant part of Cleveland’s downtown landscape, blending its historical charm with modern amenities. It’s a place where people can appreciate both the city’s past and its...
