I’ll start by saying that the place was very clean and organized, and the front desk staff were very professional and accommodating. 5 stars for that.
As far as my massage went, it was almost perfect. At the front desk I had selected the box for minimal talking so I could fully relax…unfortunately, the MT talked quite a bit, and I felt forced to engage in conversation. There were some parts of conversation during the first part of the massage where I was on my back that made me uncomfortable. I even mentioned that I am married. When it was time to turn over on my stomach, he made a comment about him turning around while he held up the sheet to keep my “beautiful stuff” covered.
Also, I specifically asked him to be gentle on my legs because they are extremely sensitive to pressure, and he completely disregarded me. I was hurting. I haven’t been in a while, but I used to visit Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa regularly for facials with April, and I still think about how magical my skin looked and felt after each session! I was on a membership plan, and every visit was absolutely worth the investment.

As someone in my 50s, I only wish I’d taken skincare this seriously sooner. But with April’s guidance, I finally felt like I had a routine that worked for me. Good skincare is an investment, and this one paid off.
Highly recommend Hand & Stone for anyone ready to take their skincare seriously—and especially if you’re lucky enough to...

They took us back 10 minutes past our appointment time even though we were early. Everything is al a cart, so they spend the first 5+ minutes trying to get you to upgrade and they finished just before the hour was up. I've had a lot of massages, and it felt like my person was uncomfortable or new. It's my second time here and my last, unfortunately. I'd say the massage...
