The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Extremely welcoming to children with special needs. We went to see Rapunzel, it was shortened to keep the kiddos attention span and was such a cute play! We attended with our 3.5 and 1.5 yr olds the show was cute however I encourage the actors to speak during the show. I completely understand the concept behind not speaking but when interacting with children of this age group they didn't really know what to do without words. I'd give it a 5 star if they spoke to the children my son asked the entire time why they didn't talk....
