Walked in today as soon as the store opened, and I had a really good experience with the nurse who did my piercing. Her name is Thalia. Really nice Young lady, she took her time and made sure that my piercings were even. I really like her. She explained the whole process to me. I got my lobe pierced with a needle, which was the better option for me. I had found this place on Instagram so I will definitely bring my three daughters back for their second and maybe third piercings at once. A bit on the pricey side though, but I think it’s worth it. The store was also very clean and organized. Thank you, Thalia and I will be back. The only one suggestion that I have though is that to maybe make appointments mandatory because online says that no appointments needed, walk-ins are welcome but when you walk in you’re asked to scan a QR code and make a walk-in appointment and I think that can be a little confusing because while I was in there, there was someone who apparently got there before I did, but when I walked in, I was told to make an appointment. The person before me did not have an appointment, and therefore I was called first. Overall great experience and I am loving...
Read moreImportant Information if You’re Considering Getting Your Baby’s Ears Pierced
We had our baby’s ears pierced at 5 months, and while the experience at the store was great initially, we ran into an issue later on. About two months after the piercing, her earrings started coming off in her crib. At first, we thought it was a fluke, but it happened again just two days later.
We were told the earrings were designed to stay secure and be difficult to remove, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Concerned about the potential danger (babies put everything in their mouths!), I called the store—not to ask for a refund or file a complaint, but simply to inform them of the issue. However, they didn’t seem particularly concerned or even ask for details about the earrings.
I’m sharing this because, while we had a positive experience during the piercing itself, this situation was scary. At one point, I almost rushed my baby to the ER when I couldn’t find the missing earring, thinking she might have swallowed it.
The earrings we purchased were silver flowers with a round back (image attached). Please consider this if you’re deciding on earrings for your baby. Safety is...
Read moreI really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately, the experience was completely ruined by one incredibly rude and unprofessional nurse. My sisters and I came in about 25 minutes before closing — yes, we know it was later than average, but we were booked before their latest appointment slot at 8:45 PM. We weren’t walk-ins, we had an appointment.
The nurse immediately made us feel unwelcome. Her exact words were: “We close at 9 and I have to be back at work at 6am. I don’t want to pierce you all multiple times.” First of all, only ONE of us was even sure about getting two piercings. I was still undecided, and my other sister hadn’t made up her mind yet either. But instead of helping us through that decision, she treated us like an inconvenience from the moment we walked in.
I completely understand having a long day — we all have them. But if you’re in a customer-facing job, especially one involving something as sensitive as piercing, there’s no excuse for being that dismissive or unkind. It really left a sour taste in our mouths, and it’s disappointing because I was planning to bring my daughter here in the future.
Safe to say we won’t be coming...
