Lovesac — Local services in Columbus

Absolutely do NOT purchase a Lovesac. The pieces ship in separate shipments, and not all at once. One of my shipments, a main part of the sectional, still was not showing any shipping information weeks after the rest of my sectional arrived. I called customer service and left a call back number. Customer service does not give you a callback time frame, and they are only open during work hours. It was 4-5 HOURS after I requested a callback, and without a time, I could not adjust my very busy work schedule to communicate with customer service. Every time I would call back, the vague callback process would start all over again. Additional days passed. I texted with customer service and they said they would "expedite" the missing piece to me. A week passed. I received no confirmation of the piece processed or shipped. I wrote emails to customer service, I texted, all in all, I probably tried to communicate over 10 times, each with thorough information. I STILL do not have my missing sectional piece and it's almost been a MONTH. For the price, this is ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH IT. Additionally, when the carrier delivered the other pieces, they simply dumped them in the yard by the road without taking them to the front porch. What an absolute disaster of an experience. My wife and I really enjoy stopping by the Easton Lovesac store in Columbus OH from time to time to share how much we like our Sactionals and just to see what’s new at the store. Both Nick & Haley were most cordial to us when we stopped by on New Year’s Eve with no real plans to buy anything. We were pleased to find that accessories, including PowerHubs were on sale, as we’ve been wanting to get a PowerHub or two at some point. We’d received a $100 gift certificate to Lovesac from friends and put it to use on making our first PowerHub purchase. As much as we love our Lovesac Sactionals and accessories purchased to date, we’d have to say that the PowerHub is very overpriced in our minds The store at Easton is always clean and nice and Nick is one of the most personable managers we’ve known. At first glance the showroom at the Easton Shopping Center in Columbus seemed too small to get the information that I needed but sometimes small is all you need. Lovesac has the sofa shopping experience down pat! All three cushion options are waiting for your bottom to test as well as deep seat verses standard. Plenty of fabric swatches to choose from as well as detailed info about the making, purchasing and shipping of their product.

Pair that with Nick’s superior knowledge and you will definitely get the sofa if your dreams! After meeting Nick and getting some questions answered I was able to conduct the rest of my purchase via text and phone thanks to Nicks availability. He really made me feel like a priority even though I was calling on Black Friday!
