My wife and I used to shop here all the time however, after buying a pair of jeans my wife needed to return them after one month because a button had come off. At Ex the lady whom told us she was the manager said she could not take them back because "people bring back old clothes and try to get new clothes". Yes, right in front of everyone she accused us of trying to return old outdated jeans. She offered us $20.00 for the return. So, after months of shopping at express in Easton and thousands spent; we will not be going back to any express.We spent $80 bucks for those jeans and only owned them a month and then get treated like criminals. Read moreI have been shopping at Express for 22 years. I have never had such a negative experience as I did this past weekend. I went in with my family and was promptly ignored by every single associate. There were plenty of people working, and plenty of people looked up and saw us, but not a single person said hello or asked us if we needed help or assistance. My wife and I picked out several items and made our way on our own to the fitting rooms. The associates continued to walk past us and completely ignore us. The fitting room was the dirtiest fitting room I've ever been in, with dirt and fuzz and lint and marks all over the floor. It was too gross to even set anything down on. Long story short made false accusations towards me & straight up discriminated against me. Normally would have responded in a different way but kept my cool, was the bigger person and contacted corporate about the whole encounter with this individual. They of course sided with me & went out of their way to make it right starting with issuing a full refund, which I do appreciate.
