Glad to see this new open restaurant in Easton. We were surprised by their extremely beautiful dining room as stepping in. Everything looked attractive. There were a classic Italian open kitchen, comfy booths and sofas, a great bar, and decent alcohol walls. Service was brilliant and WiFi was fast. There were many options of drinks in the menu, even more than dishes. We ordered a short rib brunch entree and a sausage pizza. The food came up quickly. The brunch entree was juicy with a decent poached egg. The pizza was phenomenal. It could be the best pizza that I’ve had this year. It was baked well with fresh ingredients, homemade tomato sauce, and honey. But ingredients were easy to fall off from the pizza. One more thing could be improved was that the room temperature was a little low when the weather outside was a little chilly, which could make the food get...

I visited this restaurant for my 22nd birthday, and unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming—except for the dessert, which was surprisingly the best part (and ironically, the only complimentary item).

For my appetizer, I ordered the Tuscan popcorn, but it was a big letdown. The flavor was off, and the popcorn itself tasted stale—definitely not enjoyable. My main dish was the gluten-free Mozzarella Fresca pizza, which had a soft and chewy texture. I’ve had plenty of gluten-free pizzas before that were crispy and delicious, so I was disappointed that this one didn’t live up to that standard.

Overall, I wasn’t satisfied with the food, but I have to give major credit to our server—absolutely incredible! They were kind, attentive, and made the experience far more pleasant than the...

Sun, fun, and a bit of wine - ing down. First, Lauren was fantastic. She was quick on addressing mini me needs. The buttered noodles were a hit!

I recommend the Brussel Sprouts. Chef Mya(sp) has an amazing rendition of this dish, with a unique sauce. The finish in the wood fired oven is literally a "chefs kiss". The char adds such a depth.

Can never go wrong with pizza! The pep has wonderful gooey mozz mess and the pepperoni is fantastic. Now, the arugula and prosciutto! Wow! The saltiness paired with a sweetness was a happy surprise. The crust was perfect and dare I say at least an 8.1

I appreciate the house officer Alyssa engaging and making more recommendations.

The Red flights were so wonderful!

Dessert were to go, I have faith they will not disappoint.

See you for...

So so lovely! Decor is beautiful, loved sitting by the open roll up door. The prosciutto wrapped shrimp was delicious and the pizza with the pear was fantastic!! Perfect crust and light and tasty. Appreciated the server splitting our entree of the pesto pasta, also surprisingly light, since we were sharing. Skip the brussel sprouts - they aren’t crispy (we didn’t realize the menu didn’t say crispy, our fault) and the only negative to our experience.
