I’m relatively new to the area, however my first experience visiting this place was awesome. Great overall everything. But afterwards my experience hasn’t been the best, particularly at this location. I cannot eat gluten, as I have Celiac disease, so I try as much as I can to eat home, plus Ohio doesn’t really have many safe places for me to eat, but at least once a week I have to eat at this taco company, but if I can avoid coming to this location I do. I’ve tried ordering to go, eat in and there’s always something with the servers and management. They are either racist or just unhappy with their life. Second time I visited I order to go, they gave my order to someone else. Third time I tried to eat at the bar but no one came to take my order. The server who’s more gay than I could ever be didn’t even acknowledge me nor advised the bartender to take my order. Then I went to eat with my spouse, again the same gay guy was our server, he sits next to you like he is at his house, then after he takes your order he forgets you completely. This last time I decided I will never go back to that location, I actually didn’t even eat because they didn’t send me a server to take my order. Their actions and attitude, are not the best customer service. There are some exceptions of people there that are genuinely nice, but when we arrived this last time, we wanted to eat outside, they encouraged us to eat in, then they sat us at the very end of the restaurant, however who sat us terrible customer service, she just rushed to the table leaving us behind to put the menus on the table and left us there, didn’t even tell us who our server was. I wasn’t even sure if she wanted us to sit or not cuz she did not addressed us at all. We asked to changed tables because we simply didn’t want to sit where that lady wanted us to sit. Then we waited about 10 minutes and no one came to even bring us water. We simply got up and left, never again will I go back to Easton location unless they change their attitude or staff, but I guess I’ll never know. Food is great but everything else not so much. If y’all have personal issues my recommendation is to leave them at home, take a class on how to deal with the public and maybe draw a smile on your faces...
Read moreBest way to describe it. Hit or miss! I’ve had food like three times here and the first time I had it the tacos were bad but only because they like to add random ingredients to try to make the items look cooler rather than actually taste good because the ingredients they sometimes choose to combine together don’t work well. The second time I had it I did a build your own item and it was good cause I did exactly what I wanted and I did chicken which most of the time you can’t go wrong with. Delicious! The third time which was today was much like my first experience. The server was so monotone which was hard to understand and seemed almost annoyed when I asked him questions about if there were flavored lemonades. He pointed to the margarita mixes which is what I assume is what they use to flavor the lemonades. When I got my lemonade it was what they call “house lemonade” which I feel terrible for any kid that wants a refreshing lemonade cause that stuff was so sour I couldn’t tell if they SPIKED it or not which is bad because I’m underage! Then I got the steak which was meant to be spicy but the steak had like almost not flavor but left me with and itchy throat rather than a spice which is not something you want when you want to enjoy a meal. Again, they try to do stuff with like combination of interesting flavors and try to be different both aesthetically and with taste but they do too much with the taste part. Idk just order something you like with the build your own but the flavors of what you build might not go well together because of how goofy and “unique” they attempt to be. They almost focus more on how cool things look rather than the food. Also my...
Read moreWe attempted to eat here back in October when visiting Columbus for a couple haunted attractions we had scheduled to go to. We went in, there was 2 clean tables available, over half the restaurant was empty, but majority of the tables was dirty and had dishes all over them. Bar was empty with no one behind it, and sat at a table right by the bar that was clean. After sitting, I counted 9 employees I seen that did nothing but walk by and talk to other employees, as well as someone who seemed to be a manager who walked from the kitchen out to the front, walked around, talked to a couple employees and checked the host stand and walked back into the kitchen. We sat there observing all of this for 15 minutes, after asking a couple people if we could get some service or something, both of which said they’d get someone, the second person having an attitude and snarling her lip, making a rude face. We decided to just leave. Sad because this was one of the places I was excited to eat at since it’s one of my favorite restaurants. We don’t have one where I live, so I enjoy going to one usually when in Cincinnati. Just this was absolutely awful. There was other people already in there before us that was getting upset about not having food. Not sure what was going on, but especially for the location of the mall, this was highly disappointing to have seen and experienced. I attempted to contact the next day, and was told by the person on the phone that if I chose to leave, my complaint wasn’t valid and they wasn’t discussing or entertaining an argument with me and hung up. Petty, disrespectful and disgraceful. Absolutely disgusting because of the...
