Stile Salon & Spa — Attraction in Columbus

I wish there were zero stars to be given in this case, but the one star can go towards some of their staff for being nice. I don't know about all their services, but I definitely recommend AGAINST the lymphatic drainage massage. They had the massage listed as an hour and a half service on their website for $143. The massage I received was at best sub-par and was done in an hour. I went to the front desk to complain and they said "sorry, we will let our therapist know to pay more attention to the time next time" i was so chocked and confused I emailed the store manager that my massage was not a proper lymphatic massage (none of my main lymph nodes were properly targeted/opened at the beginning of the massage, i felt more swollen leaving), and that it was shorter than 1.5 hours and that i was not happy with the service. The manager apologized and offered me a free massage for me to come back later, I refused and requested a full refund. They refunded me $58 dollars ( i paid 182 with tips). But they decided 58 was the right amount to refund 😂 after admitting that they made a mistake on their site and that the massage should only be 1 hour... they have since fixed their site. Anyway, I will never step foot in there, nor will I recommend this to my friends. Ok I have had my hair cut then pretty much had the color removed from hair so my gray would blend. Love both other than I’m having some brassy issues I’m trying to work through. But the reason i only gave a 1 star was due to the lady at the front desk. I drove 2 1/2 hours with my 80 year old mother for our mani pedi. We got caught in traffic which was going to make us about 10 minutes late so I called to let them know. The lady was like well hurry up we’ve got to have time to soak that stuff off your nails. (I had dip powder on). Didn’t seem happy that I was coming in with that stuff on my nails. ($35 extra for removal). Not a problem for me to pay that but don’t treat me that way for a service I’m pay for). Anyway I truly was speeding to get there. And made it 6 minutes late. While our manicure and pedicure was hands down probably the best I ever had, the way that lady made us feel from the phone call to the time of check out really made me upset. I’ve spent a LOT of money there the last couple weeks therefore I simply don’t appreciate the way she acted. The 4 times I visited the shop this was the first time I had seen her everyone else was fine. Look I hate giving bad reviews but I work hard at my job and for my money so don’t treat me like I’m beneath you! I want to go back but I honestly...

I was super fortunate, and due to a cancellation, was able to get in on the same afternoon I had called for a haircut. Arrica quickly looked at the photos I had brought as inspiration and set to work. Within 45 minutes I was shampooed, cut, dried, styled, and out the door completely happy with my refreshed look, and with a few helpful pointers on how to achieve the same look at home.

The salon is very chic and modern with a welcoming charm that feels like a sitting room at home. Nobody once pushed any kind of miracle hair product on me, which was an amazing breath of fresh air, but they do have some adorable housewares, personal items, and baby gifts for sale as well as hair washes and remedies.

Having curly hair has always made me apprehensive when it comes to stylists (my cut took off 5-7"), but Arrica's hair was more curly than mine and completely understood the mission, excited as I was to see the transformation take shape while also asking for my input along the way.
