I was rung out by “Damorieon” He just repeatedly refused to serve me while I was standing in line at 5:59pm , he said over 3 guest that he was no longer taking people. Because he made an announcement at 5:50 stating that the lines was too long, and that they were no longer be taking people. When I advised him that I walked up at 5:59 so I did not heard that message. He advised me that he can still not serve me. I asked to speak to a manager he stated to me that he was the manager and started laughing the young lady behind him said just take her order he responded and said well do you want to ring her up, I asked him what his name was he gave me a false name, I reached out to corporate because this is absolutely unacceptable. Read more2 out of 3 times I try to go here they have a line half a mile long (OK maybe only 40 feet or so, but still...) then they are near closing so they pick a random-ish time near closing (5-8 minutes before) and then boot you out with a coupon to come back some other time and take 20% off. Well it's annoying enough to hoof it the 40 feet to the back of the line then wait a bit and then get told to hit the road.
That said, if you don't make an impulse buy towards the evening and hit them up during the day time that situation doesn't happen (but you may still have a solid 5-10 minute wait after you've ordered).

Yes people order more than 1 topping in their drink and their staff don't seem to understand that even when it's printed on the recept. I've never had issues at the other locations. We even had a teenager take off with our drinks after they fixed it before we could get to the counter and then they gave us the wrong order AGAIN only this time filled with more ice than drink.
