ZAGG Easton Town Center — Attraction in Columbus

Updated: The Zagg store at Easton has found its footing since my first review. They really deserved 5 stars from the start, so I'm glad I was prompted to leave another review. Since my first review I have upgraded my phone, and as always, purchased a Zagg screenprotector which was installed by an employee at AT&T. He didn't do the best job, but it was better than what I would've done. However, while cleaning my screen with an alcohol wipe like I have with every smartphone I've owned, the entire screenprotector lifted up. Not just a corner, the entire sheet! When I went to the Zagg store the employee was so sweet and helpful. He didn't try to upsell any additional products, which is a huge plus for me personally. I did browse the phone cases, and he gave me honest, upfront advice. He said my current case couldn't really be improved upon concerning protection from drops. He did show me a much lighter case (mine added a ridiculous amount of weight), and he let me try it on my phone before I decided anything. All in all, I won't use any screenprotector brand other than Zagg, and I'm STILL excited that they have their own location at Easton that is separate from the mall! I can't recommend Thomas at Zagg highly enough for iPhone screen replacements. Each visit is an experience of utmost professionalism and exceptional service. Expedient. My tech was done swapping out my warranty screen before I knew it. ZAGG just makes sense for phone accessories. Great customer service. (Nothing has changed in this updated review, except a new tech behind the counter. I guess you can only leave one per user.
