AMC Town Square 18 — Attraction in Enterprise

On Sunday my family decided to go here to see "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" a Favorite Cartoon Series of Our now Adult Sons. The Saying was Alright but they don't respond Easily. While for years we have gone here, it has Sadly gone downhill. We bought Popcorn & Sodas, #1 of the Soda Machines had No Ice, the Other the Soda was Off. The Popcorn WAS Great, fresh, hot Very few Kernels & The "Butter" Hot & Fresh, Sadly like Everything Else that also has Gone Downhill! Our Popcorn was Loaded with Kernels & So many Husks! When it came to the "Hot Butter" they Never asked so I got a Young woman's attention to Say I wanted it "Layered with Butter!" 🤢 She left it more than 1/2 full, went to an Area holding a Clear Squeeze Bottle with Some COLD looking Liquid & Put that Stuff on Our Popcorn, it was NOT Close to the Hot Butter You Advertise, I usually Happily Pay for! Then there is the Lobby & Areas, a Complete Mess, Trash, Soda All over, wet floors! But the Worst were their Bathrooms, You have #1 handicapped stall in Women's, it Was Full & I"m Disabled but I understand that! But the Worse Was Non Flushing Toilets! OMG IT WAS DISQUSTING THEY Would NOT FLUSH, Not Enough Water Pressure, An Obvious Situation Known To The OWNER & MANAGER Before Then! Women Didn't Want To MISS THEIR MOVIE By Waiting To FLUSH Those Toilets, Missing The Movie They & I Paid for! At Least a Warning Sign Should Have Been Posted to Let People Know This Was A Problem! ! I Had to Wait & Try Several Times & My Family Member Also Was Waited for Me, Missing the Movie to Help Me back to my Seat! This Management Is To Blame for Not Having Theatres Crew Working, Moving to different areas, knowing just B4 the Storm When People Hit, things Should be Done, instead We saw Many Women in a Group Chatting, Ignoring All THE Mess & I Watched a Male Mngr. Walk right by Me & The Mess goes into a Back room, like It Wasn't there! We Were All Members of the AMC Stubs but We will Not be back & I Will Tell Others the Dealings with this AMC Town Square about Taking💸 and Not Making Sure The Paying Customer Would Have an Enjoyable time! IF This AMC Theatre had Cared to Supervise the Employees Do What Needed To be Done My Families & Others would Have Great times! Save Your💲& Go to a Different Theater Who Do Ask & Care after Customers have had & Posted about Bad...

We have been coming to this movie theater for years and we love it. It is very nice and big theater complex. It is located at Town Square- a huge shopping plaza. There’s plenty of parking outside and in the garage too and parking at Town Square is always free ( although they have parking meters, but they are not in service, which is confusing to many people who are not locals). The movie theater offers plenty of movie choices. The theater is clean and inviting with welcoming staff. Especially the movie theater general manager Greg is very professional and friendly guy who appreciates the loyal customers. Always fun displays of upcoming movies to take photos with. This is our number one movie theater. Great and fun atmosphere. The app makes purchasing tickets and entering the theater a breeze. No need to wait in lines. Also being part of the AMC's Stubs A*list I never have to stand in line to get tickets or stand in line for too long in the concessions stands since they have AMC's stubs a list line which are very short. It makes it really quick to get in-and-out to get your food and drinks so you could sit down and relax until your movie starts. The only thing that would have made my experience better is ,if they upgraded all their theaters to have the recliners. Compared to other AMC this one was out dated, they still had the stadium seats that weren't comfortable enough. Most updated AMC have recliners. Other than that ,it was cool. They have IMAX auditorium which is very nice. My favorite auditorium is Dolby Cinema . WOW!! I never want to go to any other kind of theater. Unbelievable sound and clarity. This will pull me from a home theater to pay extra. If you have not experienced Dolby Cinema I highly, highly recommend it. 100 speakers, huge screen, dual 4k projectors producing true black, vibrating reclining seats.. wow. The food they offered was a good variety. Prices are.. eh but its a movie theater. Also this place does serve alcohol ,it has a small bar where you can get mixed drinks and beer. It makes me sad to write a poor review for this theatre as it is generally my go-to for movies, but I am so fed up I don't know if I'll go back for a while.

First, let's talk about how filthy the theatre has become. Chairs have food and drinks spilled on them and they aren't cleaned between shows, the floors are sticky enough pull a slip on shoe off, and the last time I went I literally walked through a pathway of popcorn. What's happening to this place? And I'm not even going to get into the fact that no one did anything when we complained about babies crying and a mother chasing her kid up and down the stairs during a movie, or the teenagers running the aisles and stairs laughing and yelling during another movie.

Next, what has happened to their customer service - specifically sending in a support complaint? My husband and I recently went to see Wolverine and Deadpool and I purchased the Twisters popcorn bucket and drink cup online for pick up. When we arrived the attendant told us the delivery truck hadn't arrived so the items weren't available. No problem, it happens. She promptly cancelled the order, told me I'd get a refund, and then rang me up for a new combo. I would have been fine with an even swap but the girl said there was a $7 difference so she didn't want to over charge us. Okay. Well, the refund never came, I sent in a request for help to customer service, and now it has been almost 2 weeks of back and forth because they can't find the order (even though I sent the order number and screenshot), they can't find the 2nd order (despite sending the card info), and several other excuses. I'm beginning to think they are deliberately making this difficult just so they can keep the extra money they made.

Unless things change, I will never make an online food purchase again, and I'm definitely going to start thinking about finding a new theatre experience where things might be at least clean, if...
