Worst customer experience ever. Sent flowers to my daughter from her son for Valentine's day. Wrong color tulips that were already bloomed out was sent. I choose the red and pink tulips. After calling the florist directly was told I would have to call FTD to complain, even though the flowers came from In Bloom. After asking for the phone # for FTD, the person said 1-800-FLOWERS. I questioned the girl saying I didn't order from them, that was a different company, she claimed it was not. I thought the company might have merged with FTD. After calling and speaking with a very nice person, she told me that was not FTD and gave me the correct number to call. The FTD line had a 30 minute wait time, that should have been an indication that there was a lot more people not happy. I resorted to sending an email. The arrangement was replaced with the correct colored tulips, that were not quite as open. However, the delivery person wanted the old arrangement back. My daughter told them that the arrangement was thrown out by her son because he was not happy that the flowers were wrong and dying. Since he is only 9 years old, he throw out the entire arrangement with the vase. Within 10 minutes of the delivery person leaving, my daughter received a call from the owner demanding the vase back. My daughter repeated the story and then was called a liar by the owner. The owner said she was coming back to my daughters house to collect the vase. The person was extremely rude and demanding. After my daughter told the woman that she would be trespassing if she came on her property, the person said they would charge the credit card $25 for replacing the vase. I have never had a florist ask for an arrangement that was sent wrong back. I sent another email to FTD about the incident and have not heard back from them. Today I check my email and the bill was $70+. When I ordered I copied and pasted the total charged and emailed to myself, the grand total only $57.49. After spending 45 minutes today talking with offshore and demanding a supervisor to again tell the story of my bill going up after the fact, sending them a copy of the receipt from the original purchase did they say they would credit my account back. This is the worst customer service I have ever had. I will not ever order tulips that you can buy at Publix for $6.99 and a vase worth no more than $5.00 from FTD or In Bloom. I intend to continuing to pursue this matter with FTD until my daughter gets an apology for this horrible experience. @InBloomFlorist...

I have now used this company twice and have been completely satisfied with my purchases.
First purchase was for a customer who had loss her husband. I usually order from a florist I have used for many years however they couldn’t deliver to the location I needed so, they referred me to InBloom (I prefer to use local business, instead of online florist) I was worried at first of ordering from somewhere I’ve never used but had faith that since they were recommended by another florist, I would be okay. They surpassed all my expectations, the arrangements are absolutely gorgeous (better then the pictures lists online.
Yesterday was my husband and I anniversary. He decided to call them up and order an arrangement “under pressure”. He stated I need a beautiful arrangement with sunflowers, the lady ask what else would you like he said he didn’t know and didn’t care just make it beautiful and that he would be there in about two hours to pick up. I can not express enough how beautiful they were! We have now found us another amazing florist who we know we can count on!

I don’t live in the area, so when I decided to order flowers from In Bloom, I did my research and consulted reviews from other customers. Seeing that In Bloom was highly recommended, I called and spent 15 minutes with a very accommodating and friendly staff member, providing specific details for an arrangement to send to my boss after surgery. When the call ended, I felt confident that my boss would receive a beautiful arrangement unlike anything she’d seen.
However, due to a mix-up, a different arrangement was sent. As soon as management became aware, they contacted me at the start of the next business day. They were extremely apologetic and assured me they would address the mistake and send out a new arrangement to my boss the same day. And they did. The new arrangement was beautiful—exactly what I had pictured after the initial phone call. They even included some gourmet tea with the flowers!
This speaks volumes about In Bloom and their attention to customer service and the emphasis they place on securing customer loyalty. They clearly care about their customers and strive to address mistakes when they occur. Thank you, In Bloom! You have secured a future...
