I would never purchase another item from this particular store. Rude employee and not a professional store manager either. My husband purchased me a pair of Louis Vuitton sunglasses which almost cost $800 for my birthday and bought me a displayed sunglasses because they didnāt have the same glasses brand new which obviously they already were worn by others previously. And so I tried to go back to the same my husband purchase from and tried to talk to the store manager very kindly to see if they can exchange the sunglasses even though Iām passed the returned date and I didnāt even ask for my money back I just wanted to due a even exchange for another pair of sunglasses that I can wear and the person that sold me the sunglasses which her name is Susan Toth she didnāt do her job professionally with no ethics because she just wanted to due a quick sell and make her fast commission. And so I talk to the store manager, and she made a remark saying oh, but the glasses were worn well of course, by others because they were on display and I couldnāt even wear them because theyāre so heavy on my face and easily fall off and she said well all of them are on display . So that tells me everything was already used and worn by others and itās not brand new . Very shady right there Unprofessional store manager. And first approach with Susan Toth was I ask for a glass of champagne in the beginning because I saw others had glasses of champagne and she rejected when I asked her she said thereās no more because she thought I wasnāt gonna purchase anything because sheās already was stereotyping me from the beginning until I told her but Iām purchasing a pair of glasses then she gave me a small glass of champagne and first she lied before saying they didnāt have anymore and they ran out. So that was a first unprofessional ethnic part from Susan Toth. I also tried to take the sunglasses to see if they can do adjustments from another sunglasses store in the same mall and the lady from the store, said, if I was the employee who sold you the pair of Vuitton glasses from the Louis Vuitton store I wouldāve never sold it to you in the first place if I saw the sunglasses were big and heavy and easily slip off. So that tells me Susan Toth just wanted to make a quick sell and didnāt care of the fact that it was my birthday gift which it was a purchase done done by my husband. Guys, donāt purchase anything from this store very sketchy business and not so classy after all. Itās all bull and front just to get you in to purchase something from this store. Iāve been a loyal Louis Vuitton client for over 35 years, owning more than 50 LV pieces, so this is not a review I write lightly.
I purchased a pair of sunglasses at the Naples, FL store before heading to Las Vegas. As soon as I stepped outside wearing them in Vegas (first time worn), I noticed they were slipping off my face, too heavy, poor fit. I brought them right back to my hotel room to avoid damaging them, with the clear intention of returning or exchanging them.
When I returned to the store, I encountered treatment that was unbelievably dismissive. The associate claimed there was something wrong with them, even though they remain undamaged and still in perfect condition. I was sold the sunglasses exactly the way I tried to return them.
What angers me most is that the attitude I received does not match Louis Vuittonās published return and exchange policy. If there were any flaws or damages, I would understand. But to be told I canāt return something because of a supposed defect when none exists? Thatās unacceptable.
For a brand that prides itself on elite service and craftsmanship, this experience felt cheap. I left feeling disrespected and betrayed.
I will not be shopping at the Naples store again. I expect better from a brand Iāve supported...

I knew exactly what I wanted, what color, size etc. However, nobody asked me if I needed any help. So I went ahead and made a line by the register to ask if they had the NeverFull Handbag I wanted and when it was my turn the lady completely ignored me and walked away from and I had to chase her around the store to ask her. She seemed uninterested and told me that one I wanted was sold out and didn't even offer to order it for me to pick up at store or check if any other stores had it. I am very disappointed. I almost didn't want to even purchase anything from Louis Vuitton ever again. I will definitely be contacting corporate and sharing my experience. I ended up call the international mall in in Tampa. Very sweet lady answered, I asked if they were in stock considering I live in Naples and didn't want to do the drive there for no reason... she said they had it and offered to put it on hold. I could definitely tell the difference between someone who acquires great customer service skills and one who is simply just not interested. Very very disappointed !! Would rate 0...
