I've been staying here with my dog for a few weeks now. I haven't heard any noise or voices from any of my neighbors. It's very quiet. It is a 55+ community, with a few exceptions for those without children. Comcast cable is not available here, but the unlimited T-mobile Home internet is for only 50 a month unlimited. The mailbox is at the site. The sites do require a dog bone for 30 amp rigs. The sites are wide in 3 sections, concrete Porch, gravel for the rig and asphalt for the tow vehicle. It's really convenient. Trash is located at the each site with individual cans which are picked up on Fridays. You do great the vehicles and freeway near by. We found this RV park in March, after looking all over the area. This park has what we were looking for, cleanliness, not too packed in like sardines, well maintained park and great location. We bought a new RV and had it delivered to the park in April and have been residing here ever since. The staff is amazing and on top of any issues that may arise. There is a laundry house with $2 washers & driers, a clothesline and a club house with pool table, TV, stereo, refrigerator & kitchenette, along with bathrooms w/showers.
