2nd time we'd visited there from San Diego on the way to the S.F.Bay Area... The blond haired woman behind the counter was lazy.....instead of walking over to see what which case she needed to open, she wanted me to call out the case number to her so she could get the key and save her from walking 20 steps back and forth. Additionally, my wife politely asked to use the restroom... and she refused and told my wife she could walk 2 blocks away to find one....REALLY? where do the employees go to use the relieve themselves, OUTSIDE? Most customer oriented stores allow paying customers (we also bought items there) to use the restroom, especially those that rely on tourism and the wineries. NO SO here. Additionally, if you're handicapped, this place is FAR from handicap compliant / friendly.... If they have a problem with my comment they can call me directly at six one nine six one eight eight eight four five. I've made a point of spreading the word around SoCal about this...

When it came time to sell the rest of my inventory and some new acquisitions, I had no problem choosing a place to rent a booth. I chose Vineyard because of the people first, then of course, the type of merchandise offered. You probably can find almost anything here because of the varied interests of the vendors and their different backgrounds and geographic locations. Read moreThe only place to actually shop for real antiques on the Central Coast is right here. There's only one other true antique shop in San Luis Obispo County and it's in Arroyo Grande. Every other so-called antique store on the Central Coast is loaded with shabby chic junk and stuff from the 19 sixties and seventies that they are trying to call antiques. Vineyard has lots of great dealers and true antiques although their prices are a little steep...
