We placed an order on the app at around 9:45. Living approximately 2 miles away, I assumed I had plenty of time. However, upon arriving around 10:00 PM, the woman at the drive-thru informed me that they were closed. Initially, I thought it was a joke, but unfortunately, it was not. I explained that I had placed a mobile order and had already been charged. She then informed me that she had nothing on her screen and that they were in the process of closing up.
I pointed out to her that this made no sense. The app indicated that they were still open, it had already taken our money, and I needed some kind of resolution. She explained that their manager had been instructing them to close at 10 due to a lack of business. While I understood and sympathized with their situation, I emphasized that the app provided no indication of their updated hours, nor were the hours updated on Google. I requested to speak to the manager, but I was not provided with any information on how to reach them.
Although the woman at the drive-thru was extremely polite, she did not offer the necessary resources to contact the manager. Later, I called the Burger King hotline, but they, much like the local franchise, were unable to guide me towards the manager. Read moreI was there long enough to set my bag down n sit , an employee wiping the tables started to harrass me and say it's not a good day, that I should just leave. Pretty much what happened was before I arrived the police just had left because the staff and customer had gotten into an altercation . I was told to order now or leave!!! I told the employee I wasn't ready but I was going to order. She began to cuss me out to leave, I got up grabbed my bag to leave, but the mngr finally came over. To my surprise the mngr was the one who was telling employee to say these things to me. So the mngr totally disregarded the employee cussing me and when I asked their names to report them the mngr grabbed me. She pulled my arm upward behind my back as far and rough as she could, and began twisting my wrist as far as it go.i was screaming and looked at the customers, some customers ran out of the place immediately. Read moreI hate giving bad reviews but this location honestly isn't a very good pick. I went through the drive through during dinner time (an expected busy time). It wasn't busy at all! I ordered the number #6. This looks absolutely nothing like the #6. Like at all! It's almost false advertisement to me. The patty is super thin. It was honestly a mess. I had to do some reconstruction of my burger. There was only 1 pickle. It didn't come with ketchup. Which isn't a huge deal but it's just the simple fact that the window man said it would come on the burger along with mayo. I'm very disappointed on the bacon. On the menu it looks good but this is what you get. It's not even worth the price. It was also Luke warm so by the time I got home (5 minutes away) it was cold.
