It's disheartening that the establishment seems indifferent to the neighborhood's concerns. The recent alterations to their bell music have significantly disrupted our community, despite efforts to address the issue through meetings and discussions. Our neighborhood, consisting of nurses, firefighters, teachers, and retirees, values the peace and familiarity of the old bell schedule—:15, :30, :45, :00. The new schedule, with irregular intervals and additional music, disrupts our daily routines and peaceful enjoyment of our homes. Now, it disrupts at irregular times like 9:18am, 9:24am, 9:30AM, 10am, 10:24am, 10:30AM, 11:49am, and additionally at 6pm with music at 6:09pm for 6 minutes daily on Sundays. Weekdays are especially chaotic with the same disruptions at 9:24am, 9:30AM, 10am, 10:24am, 10:30AM, and 11:49am. We've been residents here for 30 years, and while we understand change is inevitable, it's important for businesses to consider the impact on the community they serve. We hope for a resolution that respects both their business needs and our...
