I wanted to express my sincere thanks to Luis Sanchez for his outstanding customer service. He was not only knowledgeable but also very patient and understanding.He went above and beyond to help me with my friends issue which he had a problem speaking English ( language barrier ) and being paid of what he wasn't supposed to pay. He cleared everything, he is an awesome person .I truly appreciate of what he had. There are also good people in this world. God...

If you can get a matching quote from 2 different AT&T employees, you should buy a lottery ticket!! Their bait and switch tactics over the phone are horrible!!! Customer service agents are useless, they really just try to give you the runaround until you give up... Really wish I wouldn't have...

Took me days before I could get an AT&T representitive to give me the correct (hopefully correct?) address to serve AT&T with a letter of demand which is required before I can take them to small...
