Museum Tower — Attraction in Dallas

If I could rate Museum Tower a minus 5 stars, I would. We just moved into the DFW area as I took a job in corporate operations in downtown. Over the Labor Day weekend I took my daughter to see the Discovery District where mom is now working and the I reason uprooted my family here. As I’m leaving the downtown area I notice I have a flat tire - down to the rim. I pull into Museum Tower scared (because for one it’s past 10pm in Downtown Dallas, and secondly because my husband is back home in Frisco and will take 30 minutes to come help). As I’m waiting for my husband to arrive, concierge, not once, but twice is trying to get me to move my car out of their “private property” as if I’m voluntarily hanging around. I was not blocking or disturbing anyone, just waiting for my husband. Long story short, they had zero empathy for a scared mom and daughter - I guess we were an eye sore on the property? I’m still confused. I told Judah I’d be more than happy to speak with management and he said he was unable to give me that information. I would most definitely not run my business this way. In a city like Dallas, where the sun is intense, the design of this building is particularly irresponsible. The self-important curved form completely disregards its surroundings, while the high-reflectivity glass, under the strong sunlight, not only exacerbates light pollution but also causes significant discomfort to those nearby. This design fails to take Dallas's climate conditions into account, neglecting the need for shading and cooling in the intense sun. I have not lived here myself, I but if they treat the residents half as well as the gentleman in valet have treated me as a lowly delivery person delivering groceries to the residences here, then the folks that do live there must live like kings.
