My son and I went to Clyde Warren Park last night. We were hungry and decided to eat at Eloisa's kitchen. The one star reflects only on the window attendant at the window that was extremely rude. I had a problem with my order and discuss it with him he said he would not do anything to replace my food or refund my money he used foul language in front of my son. And as any other father would react I was very upset with the way he spoke to me in front of my son. Using foul language when I wasn't looking and how he was talking to me and about me also using follow language that my son over heard. Then he came out of the food truck grabbed my food and took it inside and would not give it back to me. Thankfully the owner showed up and we discussed the situation and resolved it. The owner was a perfect gentleman. Then he offered us this amazing concoction of beef brisket french fries it was just delicious. It made the 20 minutes or so of dealing with the rude attendant just disappear. Like it never happened. My son was hungry. That was the reason why we stopped there to begin with. It's called Eloisa's food truck at Clyde Warren Park. This is not food this is cuisine. It's not like one of those dishes where you bite into it and then you taste all the flavors all at once no this was different when you bit into it you tasted the brisket then the sauce, and then the french fries, and then the vegetables and so on it was a deliteful adventure of flavors. My taste buds craved for more. I can say I highly recommend the cuisine at Eloisa truck, but that would not even come close to describing. The roller coaster of emotions as I are it bite after bite letting all the flavors invade my taste buds. I would hate for your taste buds to miss out on the Willy Wonka of Food trucks This is by for the best cuisine I have ever had from a food truck. If we ever find ourselves in the area I will absolutely eat there again. I don't usually rate restaurants or food trucks but this one requires it. It is a diamond in the rough that shines in the...

First time trying and will be the last time.

The Chicken Sandwich is overpriced and overrated. Has no flavor, little mayo and tiny piece of lettuce.

Service could use improvement. When I ask you to box it to go and your response is “Why didn’t you ask first” how about you confirm with the customer when ordering. Nobody needs your attitude.

Not once has a food truck vendor at Klyde Warren park ever provided me an order in something other than a to go box and that’s because most of your business is taking it back somewhere and if not I don’t want to be walking around with some flimsy plate.

Y’all are in the service business. ...

Eloisa’s kitchen is the restaurant to visit if you ever have the chance to, it will not disappoint! I have visited multiple times and each time has been a wonderful experience from the food to the service. The food is delicious, fresh, served hot and is presented well by the most personable staff. My latest order was taken and served by D.White who provided phenomenal service! He was very patient as I decided what to order, had great personality/hospitality and ensured I was satisfied with my order before departing from the business. Experience was a...

I highly recommend stopping by this food truck if you are in the DMA and Klyde Warren Park area in Dallas. We tried their tacos for the first time. They were fantastic. Simple, no fuss, straight up delicious food! I'm super picky about cleanliness and peaked over the counter to see how clean inside of the truck/kitchen looked, and I was pleasantly surprised! 🤩 All sauces for customer use had clean lids on and I saw no oil or food residue anywhere on the sauce containers or pick-up counter. Will 100% revisit! 🌮👏🏻

To be honest, I’m not sure if they’re use to a lot of pass-byers but at first it was awkward but then someone came up to the window and was very welcoming. He gave us time to scan the menu. Be ready to buy a $15+ meal thats sooo worth it. We got the Cowboy Taco and the Best Chicken Sandwich. Surprisingly I like the chipotle mayo, it was not too hot or spicy. Everything cooked to perfect and very filling. We loved the ambiance and sat at their table they had set up.
