Arts District Mansion — Local services in Dallas

Husband's company Christmas party was held here. It's a standard large, open room for events with several moveable partitions. It's a bit difficult to park or even get in line for valet as it is off of a major street and the lines back up quite a bit. The valets work hard and as fast as they can but still causes congestion for those just trying to drive down the rooad past it. There shld be a better "storage" for coat checks as they really just have them hanging on several open clothes racks in the hall by the restrooms. Not very secure for the many, very nice coats and jackets ppl entrust to the attendants during the cold...

This place is beautiful. I came for an event with Make A Wish. My daughter was miss wish for the night. Everything was set up so beautiful, very nice and elegant. The food was very very good. That salad took me out. It was hands-down one of the best salads I’ve had even though it was simple. It was really good. I wish I knew the name though because I was literally craving it two days later. The chicken they made over mashed potatoes with green beans was so good and juicy very well seasoned. This historic mansion in the Dallas Arts District is now headquarters of the Dallas Bar Association, but the original house and more recently added pavilion are available for private events including fundraisers, speaker series, and receptions. Underground secure garage parking is available for a fee. Parking is also available in neighboring parking lots, garages, or on nearby streets.
