I was feeling extremely drained. I decided a shot of B12 might be beneficial. I made it to the location 20 minutes before close. I felt bad and told them I could come back the next day. The staff was more than welcoming and kind. They insisted that I stay and they told me they would provide whatever service I needed. I was able to meet the owner, Rebecca. She was absolutely fabulous. She took me on a tour of the clinic. I must say this clinic makes you feel like you're in a lounge/spa. I felt very comfortable. The space was extremely clean and absolutely stunning. The gentleman that gave me my injection was very knowledgeable and I believe, also licensed as an EMT, which would be beneficial if I passed out for my needle phobia. I attended the soft opening of Liquivida’s new Dallas location and thought the facility itself was very nice. However, my interaction with the management left a lot to be desired. I was introduced to Rebecca and Makayla, and although I greeted them with a smile and friendly energy, they seemed standoffish and uninterested in speaking with me. It was an awkward experience, to say the least.

I was also hoping to purchase some retail skincare products, but none were on the shelves yet, which was disappointing. I was curious about their offerings. The prices were very steep for the IVs compared to other places I've been, which makes it difficult to justify going with Liquivida, especially with the poor first impression from management.

Hands down the best experience! Rebecca at Liquidvida went above and beyond to make my first IV treatment incredible. I was honestly a little nervous walking in, but she was so warm, kind, and professional that I immediately felt at ease. Her gentle touch made the process completely painless—and the vitamin boost she recommended had me feeling amazing!

Not only did I leave feeling refreshed and recharged, but every single girl in our party is still raving about their experience too. The facility is gorgeous, the vibe is welcoming, and the care is top-notch.
