I had been here about 4 or 5 times for dip manicures and happened to get Delphine each time, and she did an amazing job!
Yesterday I came for a dip manicure and got a new tech. It was the worst salon experience I have had in the 2+ years Iâve been getting my nails done. His own nails had dirt under them. He cut my cuticles with his drill 4 times, and each time drew blood. My fingers were burning the entire time after from the cuts. After acknowledging the cuts by wiping away the blood, he was not gentle at all.
At the end, he said something about his drill being new and thatâs why it was so sharp and cut me so much, but I have never had that happen before.
Additionally, I only got a plain color dip manicure and it took close to 2 hours.
He also charged me a fee for âshapingâ even though my nails were already almond shaped when I came in. I had only asked him to cut them down a bit. The previous times with Delphine, I did not get cuticle care and I still left with my nails looking great. This time I did get cuticle care and my cuticles look horrible. The close up picture is from today and the picture in the car is Delphineâs work.
From a distance, the nails look okay, but a day later, my cuticles are inflamed and super sore and burn when they touch anything.

My Pedicure was horrible, I got cut multiple times, the bottoms of my feet were rougher when I left than when I walked in, she had to redo several toenails because they had fuzz in them, and my daughterâs gel color was completely different than the one she had chosen. When I spoke to the owner Lilly, about it, she told me she was unable to refund, but would give us 50% off the next time we came in. She did offer to redo my daughterâs color, but my daughter didnât have time for another visit because we were leaving on vacation.I thought Lilly was very nice so I decided to give her another try, but when I just called to schedule that 50% off visit, she said she had only offered me 20%. Itâs interesting, because on her website she offers refunds as well as redos, but claims not to know that thatâs on her website and refuses to follow through. I will never go back to this salon. While doing my nails, I asked to sit in the comfortable chair, but she denied it and started rushing over my nails. After 5 minutes, her little son came, and they started talking in their language, and she paused doing my nails. then she came back & stated the nails; after 2 minutes, she stood up & made drinks for other clients, started taking their pictures & helped other clients. Then she came back to me and resumed the nails from where she left. Then her daughter came, and they started talking aggressively in their mother tongue while doing my nails.
