Rally House Old Town — Attraction in Dallas

On January 26 2019 my girlfriend and I was out shopping for an Oklahoma University shirt we decided to shop at the Greenville store we pulled up into the handicap parking because my girlfriend is handicap I got out the car and walked toward the store to look in the window and I seen a Oklahoma University shirt I turned around gave my girlfriend the thumbs up and walked towards the car when I turned around to start walking toward the store an employee locked the door this was at 5:40 p.m. I stood by the door hoping they would open the door 3 Hispanic female employees acted as if I wasn't their I looked at opening and closing of the store it said close at 9 p.m. a female Dallas sheriff walked up and said she is going in but I'm not allowed in I asked what was the problem she said get off the property I went back to the car and told my handicap girlfriend what happened so she tried and they told her no we left I called the store and ask what time they close the lady said 9 I told her I was just their and you locked the door as I was walking up to your store they hung up so I called the store near the galleria a lady by the name of Amanda I explained to her what happened she apologized and said come to her store so we did Amanda was truly wonderful I will be getting in touch with corporate tomorrow and Monday morning I will be obtaining a discrimination lawyer I'm a 55 year old black man grandfather of 5 I've never ever been treated so unfairly and as the officer M Titus I shall be contacting your superiors Monday and by the way the shirt is to little and I shall be returning it tomorrow at the Greenville store after I contact corporate...

Jan 26 2019-Today my boyfriend and I decided to stop here to buy some OU stuff for a friend. As we pulled up it look like they was closed. He got out to make sure of closing time. They said they close at 9pm. By this time a Police or Sheriff walked up to my boyfriend. He asked her Officer M Titus was the place closed because the door was locked. She told him he was not allowed in and to leave the property. I got out the car also. I'm on oxygen so I had my tank with me. I went to the door and it was locked. The officer told me they was closed. This was at 5:45 on a Saturday. She said I couldn't come in with my tank. He and I got in the car and called the store to see why we couldn't come in and they hung up on us. Out all the 54 yrs of my life, I've never been discriminated against for being black and handicap.
