Goodwill Danbury Store and Donation Station — Attraction in Danbury

This goodwill is very expensive. I read a review where the lady wont donate there anymore because of the marker on expensive labels. This is true, they put marker on shoes and bags. They should lower their prices. Jeans are $12 shirts are $8. Seen a shirt with tags on it from primark shirt was like $2 they had it listed for 7.99. Also, the target items they get on clearance and jack the price up. I always scan it on the target app to see the actual price I then ask for a discount because who in their right mind would pay more or even the same price as the store. Arrogant people.. they are running a donation organization and think of themselves as some kind of designer store . They can display torn clothes and shoes and mark them insanely high for thrift store(trust me I have seen many and walked out of that store) but not accept my fairly good leather love seat . There was a negligible rip on the bottom if the couch which was easily fixable and they behaved like we are being unfair by donating.. wow ! I got a store credit in March 2021 for $12.75 in Danbury Goodwill Beaverbrook rd, The Fourth time I try to use my credit today 25th October 2021 was told Again I can't use it unless I Spend exactly $12.75 or more so they can remove it from a new system, because my credit receipt is too old....... it's from the old system! something so wrong with that !!
