Staples — Attraction in Danbury

Walked past staples on Newtown rd at 6:30. I heard a man yelling, apparently they were close was the man stated several times in a loud derogatory tone.The girl with a arm full of packages really didn’t know what to do with this man yelling at her trapped in the doorway. The lady asked him his name and he yelled Zach it’s Zach from printing and now I am at the door. He chased her out she was shaken up with good reason.

I myself have had the displeasure of dealing with Zach in the printing department in the past. When I asked for help, Zach told me to figure it out. On another occasion Zach did come help after much pissing and moaning and grumbling.

I really hope Staples looks at these reviews, What I witnessed today with a customer being verbally degraded and yelled at in a 8 ft space without her really able to back away from his is ridiculous, if I was management there that would be an automatic termination.

I will using any business store but Staples. Any store that can disrespect their customers like that is not a store that deserves business.

Terrible customer service. I called to ask how much it would be to send some papers overnight. The person couldn't even give me a ballpark figure. Just, "it is going to be expensive." me: "Can you tell me about how much for a stack of papers that are about a pound?" Staples guy: "No I can't." me: "How do you figure it out when I go in the store?" Staples guy: "We measure and weight it." me: "Well it is about a pound and it is about 9x12."
