I was simply looking to get my husband’s box chain repaired—just a $30 fix—and stumbled across this shop by chance. Let me tell you, from the second I walked in, I was treated like I had just purchased a $40,000 piece. Not once did I feel like "just a small customer." The level of care, attention, and warmth I received was beyond anything I expected.

While I waited, I did what any jewelry lover would do… I looked around. And wow. The pieces in this shop are breathtaking. One bracelet in particular—a diamond bangle—completely stole my heart. The kicker? The owner made it and it bends. It bends! High-quality diamonds in a bendable bangle?! I’ve never seen anything like it.

Ladies—bookmark this place. Husbands, boyfriends, even the side pieces—listen up: this is the gift. You will earn major points with this one. I’m telling you, RUN, don’t walk.

I’ll be back, not just because of how beautiful the jewelry is, but because of how I was treated—for a simple repair. That’s the kind of place I want to support. That’s the kind of place I want to tell everyone about.

My fiancé and I both wanted engagement rings. I got mine when he proposed, so when it was my turn to get his dream ring, I went to a bunch of local and chain jewelers to get insight and prices. Chain jewelers were way too expensive. At a lot of local jewelers, they often gave me this weird vibe as if I didn’t know what I was doing (presumably, as a woman) and insisted on shopping together with my fiancé (as if I wasn’t the one paying for the ring!).

USA Jewels was exactly what I wanted and needed. I first met Kim when I walked in, and she was so friendly and warm, and listened to everything I had to say. I finally felt like someone was taking me seriously! She and David helped me to build a custom ring for my fiancé that was an extremely reasonable price, and on top of that, absolutely STUNNING. Not only outstanding jewelers, but outstanding individuals as well. My mom was a frequent client of the store. Suddenly, a week or so ago she passed away! I noticed the telephone number on her mobile phone and dialed it. It was USA jewels. The woman who answered the phone called out my mom’s name. I explained that my mom had suddenly passed. She was truly heartbroken. This wasn’t just a customer vendor relationship, but rather a friendship. The woman explained she and my mom had worked together on a number of pieces and she always enjoyed her company. I will never forget Her response To my mom’s passing and her concern for my well-being. Much love to all of them! When my sister went to pick up the piece of jewelry there was no charge.
