We purchased an Arctic Spa from Mike Bustamonte of Heavenly Hot Tubs (Dillon, CO) a couple of years ago after owning Sundance and other hot tubs. Our conditions in Breckenridge, CO at 12,400’ above sea level have taken its toll on other brands yet thus far the Arctic Spa product has excelled. As Breck is our weekend getaway outside of Evergreen, CO it was important to have remote monitoring and control in order to prevent another expensive ice cube. Arctic Spas fits the bill. I can leave the water temp in the 60’s during the week and crank it up to 104 prior to arrival. Very economical and convenient. Another ideal design factor is that the components including the tubing are accessible through the cabinets instead of encased in foam. Repairs will simplified and convenient if, and when, they occur (and they will eventually, of course). The SpaBoy system allows me to modulate my chlorine levels from the Denver metro area-no arrival to murky water conditions. Furthermore, I’ve yet to have to replace a circ pump! I’ve had to dig out the cabinet to replace circ pumps every year with my Sundance spas. I replaced my own pumps and it ALWAYS seemed to occur with 3-4’ of snow to work around. Yes, Arctic Spas are more expensive. Yes, Arctic Spas are worth the initial investment. I do have to speak a bit louder to my family as it’s a HUGE spa but it’s worth it, especially to the...
Read moreI replaced an existing hot tub with an Arctic Spa purchased from and installed by Heavenly Times Hot Tubs & Billiards. The new hot tub is a Yukon Signature model equipped with the Spa Boy Water Monitor Salt Water System. The entire experience, from spa selection to installation has been very pleasant and uneventful. My salesperson, Megan, was very helpful in explaining all of the nuances of the various models and options available. She handled all of the paperwork, including guiding me through the process of securing the required building permits and making sure that I understood existing codes applicable to hot tub installations. The hot tub was delivered ahead of schedule and the installation and initial set up went flawlessly. I must compliment the entire Heavenly Times team for their commitment to friendly customer service and their emphasis on clear, prompt communication with their clients. I would be remiss if I did not comment on how the Arctic Spa salt water system compares to regular hot tubs requiring the regular addition of chlorine or bromine sanitizing agents. My previous hot tub was of the latter variety, and my wife refused to use the tub because it dried her skin out so badly. Now she uses the salt water tub almost daily as it doesn't leave her skin feeling like "it belongs...
Read moreWe purchased our Artic Spa from Heavenly Times over 10 years ago. Buying this hot tub has been one of the best purchases we have made. My husband and I still use it 3 to 4 times a week. In this unpredictable world we live in, it is so nice to have the reassurance that every time we open the lid to our hot tub, the water will be hot, and we can just relax for at least 20 min. We have been extremely pleased with the spa itself, as well as with the service we have received. The shell, the exterior of the spa and the jets still look great, after 10 years of use and wear and tear. We replaced a few of the jets, because we wanted a different style of massage. The jets are so easy to replace and interchange. Within the last couple of years we’ve had to replace the cover and one pump. With such frequent use, replacements were long overdue in my opinion. When we contacted the store, the service was prompt and on point. We did not get upsold or charged for anything more than what was needed to fix the tub. We highly recommend Heavenly Times for their excellent service, knowledgeable staff and prompt response. We love our Arctic Spas for the reliability and comfortable seating, and for being extremely well built and...
