Could have been 2 stars.... Made reservations a month out as part of a group of 18 to take advantage of the online discount (which appeared to be the best in the area. I had 3 sport rentals and 1 demo set. Arrived at 9am on the day we had specified we would pickup with the rest of my group. Unfortunately, the store had not staffed for this (only 2 guys on the job) and waited an hour for our group to make it through the fitting process. We have rented from other stores in area for the last 15 years and never had this kind of a wait (minus 2 stars)
My demo skis looked like that had been WELL USED. The website says "We buy BRAND NEW ski equipment every season to ensure your skiing on the newest, and most comfortable gear all for an affordable price." Highly unlikely these demo skis were BRAND NEW (2023 or 2024 as those are not red), and I would guess they were likely 2021 and maybe 22. Don't make me think I am getting BRAND NEW when I am not. (minus 2 stars)
We got the discount and the guys on the job were pleasant - probably not their fault for either of the above. (plus 1 star)

We rented on 2/24 - the weekend after Presidentsā Day. It did not appear very busy on the slopes - at least what we saw. There was one party of 3 or 4 people in front of us. We waited a full hour and not 30 minutes. Would have appreciated a 2022 discount on the demos if that is what I got and/or acknowledgement that you were not prepared adequately instead of blaming it on our sleeping in (we arrived at midnight the night before).
Also didnāt mention that another demo renter in our group pointed out an edge that had been badly grooved and had to get his skis replaced so there was...

Anyway, the folks at the new Dillon location took it in and let me borrow a rental (free of charge) while repairing it. When it became clear that the replacement part they ordered was going to arrive after I had already planned to leave town, they let me swap the original bike for another of the same model, and threw in a water bottle holder as well. Really happy with the friendly customer service! And really recommend Pioneer Sports - and in particular this location - for your biking or any rec/ sport related needs when...

I didnāt know they existed until now so I expected the tighter fit as Iāve had to just accept it over the years. My feet hurt the whole time but the board was awesome. I just need to buy my own wide boots now I know they exist.
This place is the truth! They spotted my larger-than-average foot situation and put me on a wider deck. Iām so dang glad they did because this thing rides like a DREAM. Iām tempted to ask to buy it. Service has been phenomenal. Definitely sticking with this...
