I had bought my mom a robe for Christmas online while it was on sale. I bought a XL because I wasn’t sure what size to get her. I bought the $2.98 “Free Return for Store Credit or Exchange + Package Protection” just in case it was too big, which it was. So we take it back to exchange it. We walk in and no one asks how we can help you even though we walked in with a giant box in our arms. We walk to the robes which are all the way in the back of store and then they ask if we need help. I said yes we need to exchange this for a smaller size. They find the size we wanted but my mom asked if she could try it on to make sure it fits okay. The girl who was helping us, Emmie, said very rudely that they had different sizes in the back and she could try them on over there. My mom asked do you know what sizes are which and she said I have no idea just look. She was so rude and snippy with my mom which I did not like at all. She took me to the register while my mom was trying on the robe. She looked up my order on their system and said that since I bought it while it was on sale I would have to pay an extra $10 since it wasn’t on sale anymore. I showed her my reciept and said I paid extra so if I needed to exchange it, it would be free. She said well there’s nothing wrong with it so that doesn’t work. Then I said it specifically says “Free Return for Store Credit or Exchange.” She says well let me go ask my manager. She leaves for about 5-10 minutes and comes back and says we will let this slide this time but next time will be different just keep that in mind. She was very rude. I have been to the Ogden location to exchange a blanket for a different color and had such a better experience then the Draper location. They didn’t give me any problems or anything! They were also very welcoming. I will not be going back to this location. Also, if they offer “Free Return for Store Credit or Exchange + Package Protection“ they should really follow through with that. And if they’re not going to maybe they shouldn’t even offer it! Really disappointed and upset with how rude they were to me. And clearly there is an issue with this because I saw another review with the same problem! And Emmie should really work on her...
Read moreI came in at 7:50 close to closing time to check out some blankets. I’m from out of town and have been wanting one forever and wanted to see them in person to pick a size / color! We rushed to the store after my birthday dinner cause I was going to treat myself to a new blanket — I knew it was close to closing but was excited when we arrived with a few minutes to spare. I totally understand a late customer like me isn’t ideal and the employees want to go home but the girls were very rude and clearly were upset we came in so close to closing. I was trying to decide on a color and was going to purchase 2 blankets but the girls working started making motions like “get out!!” When we were looking at the blankets. I don’t know if they were trying to be obvious to get us out or what but it made me very uncomfortable and I left without making a purchase. Such a bummer because I had some questions and whenever I asked they seemed busy talking to each other and then when they literally told us to get out I was over it and left. I would just say tell your employees to be a bit more helpful / nice when someone is about to spend a few hundred dollars on a blanket — I understand when it’s past closing time you want to go home but it was just really uncomfortable and made me feel awful for...
Read moreI went in today for their promotion they had going. It was a COMPLETE madhouse of people shopping and I could not have been more IMPRESSED! The employees were all so kind, accommodating, and full of smiles through it all. Kane was dressed to the 9s and so extremely patient, kind and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and walked me right over to the items I was in search of. I was so immensely impressed by his knowledge and candor. Heidi was my cashier, and she was an absolute doll. She informed me of return policies and their policy on damaged goods to ensure I got any issues fixed prior to the end of their warranty time. Their computer was giving her a bit of trouble, but she was so kind and playful that I didn't mind at all. To top it all off, the owner allowed her to give me one of my items FOR FREE, as a courtesy for my patience. I will definitely be returning in the future. So immensely happy with my experience. If they can be that kind and bubbly during a day as busy as today was, I can't imagine how impressive their performance is on your average day. If I could give them more stars, I would.
