The Spa Wellness Center — Attraction in Draper

Beware: I had an appointment scheduled with The Spa. I received 2 reminder texts of my appointment. When I went in the women at the front desk seemed very frustrated that I was there. She looked to be in the process of having a treatment done. She asked why I was there and I said I had an appointment. She said, “Are you sure? Because we don't have any appointments.” I said, “Well that's not good, I received 2 reminder texts and drove 45 minutes for my appointment....” She asked to see my reminder texts and confirmed they did show the date and time that I was there. She then asked about how my previous appointments had gone ( I was coming to The Spa for Semiglutide ) I explained the process, mind you all while standing in the waiting room at the front desk so it felt very odd to have others waiting hear about my appointments. Then she asked me how the medication got to The Spa and I told her I wasn't sure I just knew that each appointment I left with pre-filled vials that I injected myself with each week. She then said there was nothing with your name on it you didn't see a vial that had your name on it and them watched them fill the vials??? I started to panic and told her that she was making me feel very uncomfortable and now I was nervous for what I had actually been injecting into my body. She agreed that she was nervous as well and had no idea and couldn't tell me what I had been injecting myself with and how the Semiglutide was arriving at The Spa previous to my appointments. She then had me talk to someone on her phone in the waiting room who explained that there was a Semiglutide shortage and it would now be at least two weeks before I would be able to get another dose and that my previous progress could be lost due to taking time off. I would need to restart with the doses from the min and work my way back up but I would need to come back into the office when they were able to have more in stock. I explained to him my concerns about the conversation I had with the girl at the front desk and not knowing what I had been injecting myself with after my previous appointments and my frustrations about feeling like I had also been wasting money to have to start all over again. He told me he couldn't tell me what I had been taking either but they would get me some Semiglutide and I would fill my own vials going forward. I have never felt so uncomfortable! They did not know the amount that I would charged if they were to put in the order for Semiglutide so I told them I did not feel comfortable having them charge my credit card and ended up leaving the office. After I left I received a text from an unknown number stating “It’s 396 mo I can do $50 off for the troubles.” I am writing this review because had I known that The Spa didn’t know what was being handed out to patients to inject into themselves, I would have picked a different spa to visit for this service. I went in with no idea of what facial service I needed. Immediately I was greeted by the assistant who gave me some paperwork to fill out. Then I was taken to an area to relax in the massage chairs. During yhis time i was told to wait on Brooke. Shortly she came in, asked me a few questions, listened intently and told me what she thought best for my face based on the concerns I shared. She recommended microneedling, which I gave never done. As a result, Brooke patiently walked me through the process , while reassuring that she an adjust the intensity of the needle as needed. Before I knew, the princess was over. Brooke explained each step, names and benefits of products used. I never felt ignored.. my concerns were addressed appropriately, and the entire ambiance in the Spa was exactly what I needed. Instantly after the procedure, I felt a difference on the smoothness of my skin. My pores were opened, and I felt like layers of junk were removed. I will be going back in 30 days, and referring both friends and family to the Spa...

Rachel and Brykel are amazing and treated me so well. I came in for the RF for my neck and dysport for my forehead and nose scrunch. I started my treatment with the RF and I bought the package of three because I know I will get the best results with the three. The treatment was so nice because it targeted my neck and masater and under the chin, and it was something that I was looking for that was nonevasive. The experience was very relaxing because the tool massaged into my skin following after I met up with Rachel and we talked about my goals and past experiences with dysport and we came to do 25 units of dysport. They were very helpful with getting me water and a snack and I truly had the best experience at the spa, it’s awesome when you have great esthetician but it makes it even better when they make your experience so good.
