Horrible experience with the paint department. Koegers had a sale on close out paint (professional grade) which we took advantage of and purchased 7 gallons. We came back to have the paint tinted and the clerk was very upset he had to be in the paint mixing department and was not very competent. Instead of getting assistance he ruined the color of our paint requested. Instead of correcting the issue we were told we would have to pay for ANOTHER gallon of paint. We did not think this was fair as it was not our mistake so he got his manager whom told us " why should I have to eat cost of this?" We asked for his manager and he said "I am the manager". After telling him to keep the paint we were leaving he said "I don't want you to leave without paint" and gave us the cheapest paint on the shelf for replacement which was okay, but it gets worse. They had mixed two other gallons of paint and when we checked the spot on the top of the can, they did not match the chip at all. Including the one they switched out! I went back into the store the same "manager" was there in front of the key blanks and I said "I hate to tell you this but these mixes are not correct either". He completely ignored me, turned his back and kept looking at the key blanks without saying a word. All three gallons were useless to us so we went to Home Depot where they helped us get things fixed up and had to throw the Kroeger paint away. Fred Kroeger would be ashamed of the customer service his store is giving! Read morewell when I came in here today iy was much better. Last week I went in there and I was in there for about 5 min at the most. The workers started surrounding me..watching me as I shopped. making me feel very uncomfortable. I didn't act like I was being suspicious or anything. I didn't deserve that. I even bought something I didn't want just to show them I wasn't tying to steal something. I brought it back the following week (today) and they didn't ask any questions. but they did follow me out the door like I stole something. they followed me to my car. which i don't appreciate. that is total Bullshit. I have spent a lot of money at this store but now I'm not goi g to shop there anymore. I don't need to feel like that when I'm shopping. it's already hard for me to even go out in public because I have anxiety and other issues in public. so thanks for making me feel even more uncomfortable. Read moreThis is the closest stihl dealer to my house so I have to use them when i need parts for my saw. The other people in the store might be helpful but the guys in the chainsaw department are extremely unhelpful. I asked them if they had a part that i needed and the guy seemed disgruntled that I was asking and went in the back to look for it, I waited for 20 minutes and eventually i looked around and saw that he was back at the parts desk chatting with the other employees. he didn't bother to tell me whether they had the part or not and I'm not even sure if he bothered to check. every time i call to ask about parts I get put on hold for at least 15 minutes and when somebody finally does answer they saw "oh hi, i think you're in the wrong department im going to transfer you" and I wait on hold for another 15 minutes until i eventually give up.
