Rockvale Outlets — Attraction in East Lampeter Township

I don't know if "subway bathrooms are for paying customers" a corporate policy because it was what i was told at this location. My young daughter needed to use the bathroom in an urgent matter so I took her to this subway. While anxiously waiting outside the bathroom the store owner asked me if I was a paying customer. When i said "no" he told me subway bathrooms were for paying customers only - at the time the restaurant was almost empty. He did tell me there were public bathrooms but being new to the area with a kid jumping up and down for bathroom we couldn't find one in time, luckily the Comfort Inn cross from subway let us use theirs. I was not a paying customer at the time but I have been for numerous times before that. Needlessly to say we will never step into a subway for the rest of our lives, maybe they don't care about my business but if they treat their potential customers this way they would be loosing these...

Great outlet center. Many stores such as QVC outlet, Carters, Eagles Sportswear, Vanity fair, Van Heusen, Vitamin World, West Elm, Children's Palace, Tools & More, OshKosh Bgosh, Book Warehouse, Bon Worth, Beef Jerkey Outlet, Carters, Colemans, Corningware-Corell & more and (My number one food stop.) The Rockvale Diner......Great food !! Large portions of great food. Easy access to large free parking lot. Handicap parking and access to public restrooms with handicap bathroom and stalls. Wheelchair accessible for all stores to numerous to mention. Customer service center. Friendly service. Access off of Route 30. Many other services in area for food and lodging. Ample...

Shopped there today and didn't find anything we were looking for. It came down to the stores we shopped did not carry our sizes. I am a large person and was only able to find ONE pair of pants in the Lee/Wrangler store AND that ONE pair had a stain on it. Disappointed to say the least. My wife also could not find any sizes to fit in Lane Bryant. Seems like the stores have changed maybe owners, and they do not have the selection we enjoyed 2 years ago.
