GameStop — Attraction in East Norriton Township

What's good: customer service was great.

What was concerning: I've just spent $525.37 worth of items and the least they could do is remember to put everything that was purchased into the bag. The associate forgot to add what was the most expensive item which was my XBOX Series X SSD memory. Now I have to go back there and explain this to someone there tomorrow and hope there's no hastle.

The associate should've double checked but in all fairness we were engaged into some good conversations and she was trying to assist other customers well past the closing time and I was in the store for over an hour.

Post edit 08/01/2023: They managed to hold on to the SSD however, I realized upon opening the PS3 GoldenEye Reloaded case it contains a heavily scratched PS2 game of GoldenEye Rogue Agent. I'll have to give them a call about that one tomorrow. Overall outside this blip it's been a pretty good experience. Final straw with gamestop today. I am done with this company. After having to get the ps5 from them in a bundle which cost about $250 more than just the console I was unable to exchange games with the store that were ps4 games that were unopened because I didn't have a receipt. I explained that the games were gifts and that is the reason for the lack of a receipt. They said my opinion was to trade in my unopened games, for less than the new price and then buy the new ps5 game. Sure, why would I do that then you get to sell the game I traded you for full value instead of exchanging it. The reason I got stuck buying the bundle with gamestop was because my girlfriend bought a $500 gift card for gamestop, also this is something that they will not exchange which cost me months of waiting for the system itself. Don't buy anything digital from here, I purchased Resident Evil Village on Xbox X Series and got sold the wrong thing, I went back 2 days later because the day after I bought the digital it was Christmas day so they were closed, nevertheless I went back and the manager tried to rectify the situation by selling me "the correct" digital of RE Village for $10 because it was on sale for $20 and when I got home and installed it, guess what, it was still the wrong game! This establishment will never get my business again!
