Yorkdale Shoppes — Attraction in Edina

Do not visit the cub if you want to be treated with respect they hire people in customer service that don’t have good customer service at all I actually was disrespected at this location by an employee who was physically and verbally rude to me while I shopped with my two kids we where not greeted respectfully and when I asked the employee a question she responded by rolling her eyes and making and unwelcoming facial expression I was shocked this happened. I called in to speak with a manager and was told I would receive a phone call from them and that never happened so I’m just going to cancel all future business with this company. For the sake of others that employee maybe needs a potion where she doesn’t have to deal with customers. Worst service ever (thanks Katie for making this visit...

Bad experience on Fri Aug 6th,at 5.08PM bought The Cub in house Carmel Corn.Cup for $1.50..Their product Was full of unpopped Corn kernels,melted into product Hard as Rock/steel BBs..Shattered a Crown/Molar, the next day Saturday, on Aug 7th at 3.05 pm at the Edina Southdale York Cub Store,the report was forwarded to To Claims Mgmt/Consulting to Allie Stanek..As of Aug 11th they Have denied any negligence or responsibility of their employees Even though product..is made in store..talk about bottom of Barrel rock hard Carmel...

This Cub is better than my Cub. Of course it is, it's in Edina. 🙄

When I went to school in Edina the middle school sports chant was literally: 🎵"cake for breakfast" "cake for LUNCH" ... "cake for dinner and cake for BRUNCH!!" 📣

That is to say Edina has a reputation for generational wealth.

So, of course their Cub is better and the battered cod they had on offer was the best battered cod I've ever had.

Big deal.

OUR Cub has heart and soul and the occasional police presence.
