We have been very happy until recently, with the many items we have purchased from Rejuvenation (lighting fixtures, switch plates, drawer pulls, lamps, chairs) because of the usually high quality product. Yes, their items are quite expensive, possibly because they are made in the U.S. About a year and a half ago we purchased and installed four dining room & kitchen lights. A month and a half ago, one of the two smallest (6.5”) Blair pendants which we purchased came crashing down onto the counter below - and luckily did not break. Imagine the sound of a gunshot going off in your house. I contacted a customer rep, providing info about the situation, including photos. He passed us on to a Williams Sonoma customer rep who asked for information, pictures etc., which we had already provided. However we cooperated fully with her requests, even going so far as determining that the design of the one globe was defective, causing it to not screw in fully. (In the meantime, it fell down twice more.) She regretted that they were unable to help us, as the warranty time had passed - even on a defective product. A simple solution would have been for them to provide us with a new globe, but we were told that “we do not sell parts.” We shaved down the glass rim of the globe ourselves, and have reinstalled it, positioning a large cardboard box full of towels directly underneath the fixture. I have hope, rather than faith that it will stay on. If it does not stay up, our options are to either buy a completely new fixture for about $600, or buy two new different fixtures, as the finish needs to match the other lights in the kitchen and dining room. We have spent tens of thousands of dollars at Rejuvenation and Williams Sonoma over the years, but will not be...
Read moreThis place is seriously garbage, they sold me a $160 adela teak hook rack that literally came unglued within a few months of using it (it's a towel rack). I called customer service and after waiting for 20 min I finally got a hold of their customer service and the guy was talking to me on his cell phone? It took another 40 minutes for the back and forth because his service was echoing so terribly only for him to lie and say they would send me the replacement and I could send it back once I received the replacement. Fast forward a month later and Rejuvenation STILL hasn't shipped it to me because they're waiting for me to send the defective item I paid for. That's ridiculous, they could easily have sent me the replacement item and I could have returned the defective one in the box the replacement came in. I shouldn't be expected to find/purchase a box to then go to fedex to ship/return a defective item when I'm really not confident they'll even replace it at this point. This is pathetic and money-grubby and I will never support a Williams Sonoma company again. If you're charging your customer's a premium, then you should provide premium customer service and not give them the run-around....
Read moreHighly recommend not ordering through this store, specifically. If you order through this location and there is an issue with your order you can only deal with customer service through this store, not Rejuvenation's corporate customer service. The only person that you can ask for assistance at this store, Corey, has an attitude with you as soon as you walk up to the counter to make a return. The ceiling fan & downrod that I ordered through this store were sent to me without all the required parts which resulted in a bunch extra money wasted in electrician bills, as a direct result of Rejuvenation's mistake. Although it was extremely obvious that the store made a mistake, Corey could not even apologize or admit that the company made an error. In fact, he blamed other customers for returning items and said that was why my order was wrong and that it was not the company's fault. So please beware that Rejuvenation takes no responsibility for what they sell, and they fully admitted that they sell returned items without checking to ensure that they are complete with all...
