Picky Picky Picky Store — Attraction in Eureka

We bought a pair of shoes here.When we got home my husband tried them on and didn't like how they fit and mentioned that they look used I was not sure as I'm not familiar with those shoes I just thought they were ugly shoes when I tried to return them they refused to do a refund saying those shoes were really used! I told them I just bought them sunday evening you can look at your cameras i was here. The older lady that works there kept nodding her head saying no. She had a rude attitude the whole time letting me know she wasn't going to help. I had bought them on Sunday evening and tried to return them on Tuesday it sounded ridiculous That they would think I would have creased and worn out those shoes in like 2 days. The clerk responded that it is very common for those shoes to get really messed up in just 2 days of wearing them. Makes me think what kind off merchandise they are selling. The manager came and he had a mean frustrating attitude as well. They told me there employees always check merchandise before selling it and they would not have sold that to me. We used to shop here for my husband's and his brother's work shoes and clothes we would spend hundreds every time. Never going here again. As I read the reviews they have done this before to other people. They plan all this out to sell used merchandise to customers. They cleaned the bottom of the shoes very good as they didn't look used at all, but the employees knew exactly where to point out every spot that was wrong with the shoes. This store has very dishonest and very rude employees. Everyone please look carefully before...

I would’ve spent close to $1000 there this Saturday evening, but was rudely interrupted by the presence of a gentleman who approached awkwardly from a back room, probably the manager who decided to hover and stare while my son and I we were finishing trying on shoes. Another male employee also approached and watched, with no communication or attempt to notify us of closing time which I suspect was their intention. Do three employees need to watch us to try on shoes? I apologize that maybe it was near closing time or at closing time but excuse me, who approaches a customer and just stands there next to them without introducing themselves and staring? He put his leg up on a chair and just stared at my son and I. I decided to immediately leave and not purchase any shoes, we were looking at at least $600 in shoes, possibly two pair of high dollar shoes. I will be sure not to shop here in the future. My bad for trying to support local business. We were also followed around the store for at least 20 minutes prior by random employees being sure to keep their eyes on us. We were obvious thieves. I purchased two jackets and a belt so at least they made a few dollars off of me while discouraging any future business.

Staff were very rude. Right when I entered the store I was asked to put my shipping reusable bag AND my PERSONAL PURSE behind the counter with them " due to theif prevention " I simply walked out and went to the other picky picky store. I simply walked in put my reusable shopping bag by the counter, keeped my purse by me and never heard a issue about it then. While in the main store again a female worker kept asking me if I needed any help finding g anything in peticular I kindly said no thanks just shopping around. After that she followed me through the whole store until I went to check out. While at check at she stuck up behind me and asked to see what was in my purse, I opened it and began to say how rude and disrespectful to assume me as a customer who was minding there own business doing everyday shopping to be a theif! I'm sorry but my mother taught me never to steal from others, I don't understand why they profiled me to be a theif, after I purchased my belongings I stated very loudly how its wrong of them to assume I'm in there taking their clothing and I would never do such a thing. I am very discusseded at the customer service at this store. Never will I ever shop here again....
