I had an INCREDIBLE experience getting my hair done here!!! Lo was AMAZING and has absolutely spoiled me - I will never let anybody else touch my hair!!!

Let me start by saying that I called last minute on a Sunday in a complete panic about to chop my own hair off in my kitchen… I had previously researched the salon as I love vivid color in my hair and was looking to switch it up already but when I called I was at a breaking point and looking for a last minute appointment. I was told they didn't have any appointments for that day but they could get me in the next week. The ladies up front were so kind and quickly booked me with their stylist Lo for the following Thursday.

I hung up the phone and was going through the process of trying to convince myself to leave my hair alone until Thursday, which was not going well, when I got a call from Lo saying she had a morning cancelation and she could fit me in! MIRACULOUS!! I was very relieved and rushed in to the salon. Everyone on staff was courteous and professional and I was back in the salon chair only a few minutes after I arrived there.

Lo was sweet and friendly, and she wasted no time turning my grown out ombre brown-to-blue into the gorgeous bright green hair of my dreams! We also cut a lot of length and thinned it out to make it easier for me to deal with and it is a great deal lighter. It is perfect! I am so grateful and I love it so much!!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting salon D hair salon, and I can honestly say it was one of the best salon experiences I've ever had. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The salon itself was clean, bright, and inviting, and the staff were all friendly and professional.

But the real standout of the experience was Naeyoung herself. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted, and then worked her magic with precision and care. She was incredibly knowledgeable about different hair types and styles, and was able to offer helpful suggestions based on my hair's texture and length. Throughout the appointment, she checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable and happy with the progress.

The end result was absolutely stunning - my hair looked healthy and vibrant, and the cut was exactly what I had hoped for. I left the salon feeling refreshed and confident, and have received so many compliments on my hair since then.

Updated: The star is literally just for the shampooing. This was my first (and last) time visiting this place. I went for a haircut with Catherine Yike on June 19. Basically, I walked in with an overgrown angled bob and I walked out with an overgrown angled bob and paid $75 for it. I clearly told I need to have long layers with bangs while maintaining the length AT THE BACK. She just cut 1 cm of my hair overall. Asked multiple times to shorten the bangs but she didn’t. She kept saying to try the length for a week and if it felt too long, I could come back and get it cut more (this was after me telling her I lived an hour drive away btw, so she knew I wouldn’t come back).I told her it was already too long but she didn’t do anything about it. Also, when I requested the appointment, I asked for haircut with styling and they said yes, that will be taken care of. But she wasn’t aware of it and tried to send me out with wet hair. When I mentioned about styling, she got just a little upset(not much) but asked me to inform from next time. Basically, no coordination between the reception staff and the hair stylist.
