GameStop — Attraction in Flagstaff

Here is what happened. I went in on 2-12-2013 to buy Aliens; Colonial Marines for PC because I am a fan. I was told they were out and one guy says sell him the copy. They put the disk into the case as I was standing there because they only put displays out. I get home and all that is on the disk is STEAM down-loader. No game would load until I set up a STEAM account. Come to find out you have to enter the code to activate the game. Normal, activation code before the game loads. What they didn't tell me is you have to download the complete game because it's not on the disk. Maybe they should have asked if I had unlimited download and high speed internet. I am on Satellite out where I live. Slow and limited to 500 meg a day. I do have 6 hours of unlimited download starting at 2:00 AM in the morning. So far I have gone over my limit twice. My Internet is restricted and I still cant play the game. Cant take it back, it's registered. I would like to say thank you for screwing me. Apparently they do not know very much about certain internet connections. I do not recommend going to these guys and I will never spend another penny at a Game Stop. They deceived me to sell a game. Cant be trusted! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Don't get a worthless copy. If they put the game together at the counter, walk away...

I was at the GameStop across town attempting to trade in an old device for store credit on a new console. The GameStop located in the mall was very nice and respectful in telling me that they were unable to appraise my devise due to their computer not working. They were very busy, but a nice man still found the time to help me. I was then recommended to head over to the other side of town. I even called the other GameStop to confirm their ability to trade in my current device. I get to this GameStop, and it is dead inside, yet there are three employees standing around doing absolutely nothing. The man who did try to help me reset my I Phone, then after 1-2 tries with a spotty cord was done. He said I needed to go to another location, yet he was the one who erased the phone and would not even give it any effort when another location was able to do it in five minutes.
