This is not the first time I've experienced a dirty business or such rude employees at this facility. My coworker and I had a similar experience apprx 2 weeks ago just like we did today. After today's visit, I've determined that this is the absolute nastiest Five Below store I have EVER been in!!!! Today, 7/9/24 at apprx 4:45p my friend and i stopped into this store. While shopping, I needed to use the restroom and only one bathroom had a note saying "Employee only restroom." The other did not so that's the one I attempted to use. Stock was all shoved near, by and in front of the restrooms. After finally squeezing past things, I opened to for door and almost fell on the floor from shock! Empty coat hangers all on the back of the door, a giant wad of wet hair over the drain on the sink, trash all over the floor, a couple different piles of smeared and dried poop all over the floor, dried poop all over the trash can, no toilet paper and when I attempted to make the cashier aware of the issues, she almost stared a hole through me, rolled her eyes at me and did not even acknowledge the fact that I had voiced a concern or made a complaint. The CS cashier was a rude example to have as the front person to welcome customers into your store! I will drive out of my way to use an outhouse before I EVER use the restroom again. I am so appalled that this fairly new store is not valued an be cared about. Customers don't appear to mean anything by to this store. What a shame! I will discourage ANYONE i know from going...
   Read moreMy daughter bought a gift for a friend a week ago. There was a sign on the door stating they were out of paper to print receipts. She had to return it today and the manager said she couldn't give her a refund or store credit because she didn't have a receipt 🙄. I said it wasn't my daughter's fault because they couldn't print receipts. I asked to speak to the manger and an employee said she was the manager. Again, I stated it wasn't my daughter's fault. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. My daughter showed the manger her bank statement. Still, the manger argued she couldn't do anything. Finally, she asked my daughter which register she used and the date. She was mumbling things to another employee while looking through her register. After at least 10-15 minutes she gave my daughter a store credit. During this time, customers were being ignored who wanted to check out. Apparently none of the self checkout registers were open. One customer left her items on the counter and left. Five Below, do better! Too many similar complaints about this store and the rudeness of employees. They need better training and customer service skills. We...
   Read moreworst 5 below ever. they close at 9 and immediately when we walked in we were greeted with “we close at 9”. it was 7:55. i would understand if we had walked in at 8:55, but we didn’t and were only in there a max of 10 minutes. as we started shopping around an employee goes to the door and proceeds to lock it and is there not letting anyone in and unlocking it to let people out. as we are heading to check out an employee finally decides to say something only to loudly ask “ CASH OR CARD” and then proceeds to walk back over to the door not doing anything. as we were walking out we were let out by the employee locking the door and she had the rudest look on her face like we were inconveniencing her or something. the dress code is funny because most of the employees are wearing sweatpants and hoodies. we didn’t even realized they worked there until we were ask loudly about cash or card. sad to see this location like this because when it first opened the same employee who was yelling was the one walking around so happy to be there. it’s 3 days till Christmas did they not think they were gonna be busy? this location needs new employees asap this...
