My husband Eddie and I came to Staples because I need a form to renew my driver's license and a sweet young lady named Brittany helped me and she also managed to upscale me I was looking at the application for your cellphone and tablet to put on this invisible shield that protects your screen because my husband recently had his done at a place that repairs phone and he paid 60.00 for it well Staples is normally 29.95 but they have it on sale 7.99 WHAT a DEAL needless to say I didn't think twice so she had to call the manager Larry up front to do it and he was so NICE and EXTREMELY helpful well while I was waiting there was a office chair on display and we haven't even been looking at office chairs but this chair was so comfortable they have a large variety of famous named brand office chairs we bought our chair from the Beautyrest collection but they have lazy boy and Temperpedic and a few more by the time we were finished at Staples we spent over 500.00dollars but it was worth every penny and I just wanted to say Thank you so much Larry and Brittany for your help.Edward...

As soon as he stepped in the back room, about 4 teenage boys were shouting, they seem to be arguing over typical teenage stuff, as the cashier rang me up, I looked at her with empathy "is it hard working with all these guys, being the only girl around?" we kind of chuckled in agreement... However the noise on the other side of the counter got so loud, neither of us could focus on the task at hand, -me getting rang up and the heck out of there.. I said "are they always this noisy?" Halfway joking. They seemed to be arguing over who clean the bathrooms.. She immediately called the name of the loudest guy of the group "hey!, stop being so loud, you're bothering a customer" the female said just as loud... He looked at me as if I just announced his grandmother died and apologized. What can I say, kids will be kids..    Read moreDuring my latest visit I had one and one goal only - to laminate postcards. Upon arrival I was greeted by a very friendly cashier and directed to the printing services area. When I arrived there was no line and the one employee servicing the area from the far back corner. I made by presence known by greeting him and without turning to great me said he would be with me in a moment. Five minutes later, now with a line forming behind me, he finally walked up the service desk and started to offer me service. I ask if I could have my postcards laminated and specified there was no rush. Without greeting any of the other customers behind me he rushed to complete my order. I emphasize "rushed" because 6 of the 8 postcards he laminated needed to be re-laminated a second time after inspection. Three days later the lamination on the same 6 cards has come undone.
