I was ignored on walking into the store but there were available associates. They greeted someone who came in after me but ignored me. It was my birthday the day I visited the store and I had several items I wanted to pick up. However, their lack of focus and assumptions made about me had me leave the store empty handed and very disappointed. It was my birthday and I had wanted to treat myself and the store associates assumed I wasnāt there to buy. One of the items I wanted wasnāt in store, I had to hunt down someone to ask and they said another item was similar and they half helped me but none of what I received was anything near what they were providing the other customers in the store. It left me very discouraged and like I was less than. I was even wearing my Lilly, I was a bit sweaty as the AC in my car died on the way to the store. I wanted a special day and this store ruined that. It added to the bad day I was already having on the one day I should have felt ok to treat myself. Wonāt shop this store again, my money was just as good as the customers they chose to help while ignoring me. There was plenty of staff in the store to assist me but they chose to talk to each other while the others assisted the other customers and ignore me. I would like Lilly corporate to contact me about my poor store experience but I highly doubt they even care based on how the store...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI think I was just totally stereotyped that I wouldnāt buy anything.
Walked in with my 6 YO daughter - asking about the matching mommy and me dress in the window. The lady just stood there leaning against the counter and says āthe kids dresses are over thereā i said thanks but Iām not gonna find something she likes and then canāt find a matching adult dress. Can you show me what adult dresses that you have that match kids dresses?
She said very impatiently āthere everywhere.ā
I said āok well where is the one in the window?ā She says ā I have no idea. I never see whatās in the window.ā
My jaw dropped. There was only one person in the store. Iāve worked in retail. I expected her to go grab two or three matching outfits and show us. But instead, she just stood there, leaned against the counter and avoided all my questions with frustration.
Will never walk into this store again, quite frankly Iām just disappointed that I my daughter was upset. She really wanted to dress and I wanted to treat her to one. Unreal.
This was Tuesday may...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreVery disappointed. I have been wearing Lilly for years, since it was exclusively in little shopping areas of high end communities. Now that it has become a large corporation, I find that it is really no different than shopping at a typical mall store. I travel often and make it a point to stop in LP stores throughout the U.S.. Unfortunately, this location needs to be prepped on the Lilly experience. The young gals working in this store were not very friendly and only chose to speak with certain customers. Plus they tell all customers the same sales pitch, when trying merchandise on. There definitely was an attitude in the store, much like that of the Tampa International Plaza store. Both stores tend to ignore their traditional customer, as myself, I have never felt welcomed or been helped in either location. Store layout, appearance and inventory was that to be expected of a āpop-upā store. Will I ever step foot in the LAS OLAS location...
