Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar — Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Tommy Bahama this past Saturday, and I must say that Eddie himself made our experience one to remember! From the moment we walked in, Eddie greeted us with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm.

The service provided by Eddie was exceptional. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations. Throughout our meal, Eddie checked in on us regularly, ensuring that we were satisfied with our dishes and offering helpful suggestions for other items we might enjoy. His passion for the food and his dedication to providing a fantastic dining experience was truly evident.

The menu offers a wide variety of options, from classic comfort foods to innovative twists on traditional favorites. I ordered the the burger sliders, and it was absolutely mouthwatering. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the meat was cooked to perfection.

The atmosphere that Eddie provided was also inviting and comfortable. The décor was charming and had a modern beach feel, creating a nostalgic ambiance that added to the overall dining experience. The hustle and bustle of the restaurant only enhanced the lively and energetic atmosphere.

We went on the craziest night in Fort Lauderdale… The holiday extravaganza, and I have to tell you with all the chaos and the amount of people that were in line to order I was absolutely 100% impressed With everyone at Tommy Bahama, especially chef Vanessa personally came out And let me know that cilantro was already mixed in to the tacos, so She wasn’t able to do a lot of vacation. That being said she came out as the server was putting the order in! I didn’t have to wait I didn’t have to re-order she took time to come out and let me know what could and couldn’t be done right away. It was so thoughtful and so lovely. She also put a candle on a slice of cake for my dad who is turning 77 years old, and saying happy birthday along with all of us to him! I mean… Above and beyond!! and again on the busiest night in Fort Lauderdale! I also would like to thank the General manager, Lynda, who took time out to say hi and check on our table. This is not the first time that we have been to Tommy Bahama for a meal, but I will tell you the service, the standard, and the quality is why we keep coming back. The experience dining here exceeded my expectations and more. The customer service level was phenomenal, with constant check in’s from all crew members, genuine friendly interactions from everyone that we spoke with. My friend Lucy and I chose this restaurant on a whim and it was our first time down in Las Olas from Miami. We ordered two sets of tacos, the brisket birria and filet mignon, and both tasted insanely perfect. The World famous coconut shrimp appetizer is world famous for a reason, wow. The papaya mango chutney sauce was perfection. Linda the GM had such an incredible energy and she truly cultivates a team that has that same energy.
