Well I was so disappointed in this location that it even made me mad. I pulled up to the drive thru with my family...I ordered 2 honey tender combos ...1 with a Sprite the other with a coke the lady repeated the order then she asked what side item for each...I said 1 with fries the other mashed potatoes with gravy...she repeated and then I added on a 5pc special for the kids. I got to the pull up window and paid ...she handed me the 2 bags and was about to close the window..I said wait I didnt get my drinks ..she said oh no drinks....I said I got the combos for the honey tenders and drinks come with the combos and I said you even repeated it back to me the coke and the Sprite and I just looked at her...she said see no charge for it on your receipt and at that point I didn't even want the food so a mgr came to the window...I handed the bags back (my kids were saying they wanted the chicken still) I explained to the mgr what happened and he said well it was probably a misunderstanding...hell no it wasnt she repeated my order ..so instead of the mgr apologizing and just give me the drinks on them (even though it was only a $2 difference) it's the point of the matter. Your employee was wrong give me the 2 drinks and apologize and we can move on but nooooooo...I didnt even want to look at them anymore..I got the bags back and had to go down the street to wawa to get drinks. Meanwhile the food got cold and 1 of the boxes with the honey tenders in it only had 2 ...what the hell I REFUSE TO RETURN TO THIS LOCATION ..go figure just lost $100 per month for a $2 mistake on your employees part. This was the worst experience ever at...
Read moreThis evening, I visited the Popeyes drive-through and ordered dinner for my wife and I. I ordered as usual, two three-piece chickens, five dollars each for the three-piece deal on the app under menu. When I pulled up to the window to pay, I noticed that the price of our food was a bit high for the “deal“. I asked the lady at the window, why the discounts were not applied to our order. The lady and now, two guys at the window says that the three piece chicken deal, only applies to online orders. However, on the app, which is online it does not say anywhere on the menu or the offer that it is only for online orders. when I pointed this information out to her, she then says, the three piece chicken deal ended on January 31st which is completely false. The offer doesn’t have an expiration date on the app. No one should have to argue with the store manager, whom by the way would not share her name. The store manager also kept closing the window on me, which was very rude and stared at me through the window when I was trying to get her attention. someone that acts like this needs to be retrained and taught the proper way to run a restaurant franchise. I ended up paying the full price because the store manager held my food for ransom and declined service to me unless I paid the full price. there is no clear way to reach Corporate other than to contact via phone. of course Corporate was closed at 7:00pm at night. so I am leaving this review on Google. There was definitely something wrong with the store manager at this location. I was surprised she even let me pay for my food at all. I do not recommend...
Read moreI tried out this popeyes on my way home and am very dissapointed that I did. First off, it is a difficult parking and drive thru situation. Once I got at the drive thru I gave the crew member my order, the 12 peice family meal. She asked spicy or mild. I told her half spicy half mild. She asked again as if they dont offer that option (which I know they do). I settled on spicy and then proceeded with my order. I mentioned my two large sides, and I then asked for a gallon of tea. She states, we don't have tea. :l ...ok.. "you don't sell any tea?!" I asked. "No!" She states. I then remember that at popeyes they sell their teas in bags, which of course is the same concept. I then say "you don't have bags". She then suddenly understands the words coming out of my mouth and what tea means and says "oh yes we have bags". She then repeats my order and mentions half spicy half mild chicken even though at the beginning she acted like that wasnt a thing :l ... So long story short I get home to soggy pieces of chicken and tea that doesn't taste like anything(not even like tea) . Management should consider some major changes- train your employees better to understand the menu, train them to be friendlier, and make sure the grease is drained from the chicken before just throwing it in the box! I know they did that because when I got to the window my food was already ready which worried me!!! Speed is NOT better...
