Scummy operating model. Do not reward these people with business. We bought some hats for our kids, and noticed at the checkout they were overpriced. Simple refund at any place operating morally, right? Nope not here. Told us bluntly "sorry, no refunds". Baloney. You can give a refund, you're just holding onto a "gotcha!" moment toward a customer. We literally only transferred the hats from their table, to the cash register...what possible reason can you have for not doing the right thing and just giving the customer their money back, other than greed. As another customer said, there's another Breeza down the street that's apparently operated by someone less scummy, go there and reward...

I mean it’s a typical gift shop in a beach town with a good selection. It’s clean etc. however …. The clerk with the multi color hair (not judging just identifying her ) was rude ! I mean my son said hello and how are you ? And she just was stone faced. The only comment she had was our total. That’s IT. Period. Nothing ! I asked about military discount just shook her head (not upset about it just amazing that there was zero attempt at making a paying customer feel welcomed.

That all being said …. When we return …. I’ll make every attempt to take my business elsewhere and patron a business that will appreciate their customers a bit even! I get help us difficult to...

If you are between a size L -3x or more they have no clothes your size don’t waste your time here. I found one xl hoodie but didn’t have a print I liked. I wanted a “Sharks Rescue” shirt but I could only find it in a Large. I found an xl in hoodie but not the same print.
