I went to Target on Harbor Blvd, Garden Grove. The cashier needs to undergo a serious training. She did not greet me and she did not fold the clothes I purchased. She shoved them inside the bag without minimal folding like some sort trash. After I told not to do that she said one of the clothes didn't have price, instead of finding out the price, she walked out of me there while I was still bagging the rest of merchandise. I folded the clothes and bagged the rest of my merchandise myself afterwards ( she didn't care). She didn't even say thank you. I totally forgot ( I was so mad) about a particular item ( dress) until I arrived at home. I am mad because it was too late to go back to the store since it was 9.30pm and I could not get the dress I wanted to wear for the next day since Target would be closed in Easter. I just flabbergasted, why Target sell clothes when the associate won't even bother to fold. I am not asking nice neat folding, but at least "try" to fold. Matthew mentioned she just had to type the numbers on the tag to get the price and she didn't even know how to do it. Plus she asked me to slide my gift cards to pay and I couldn't. She then realized that she had to scanned the gift cards herself🙄 . She definitely need to be retrained again. On top of that I had two separate transactions. I used gift cards, my ATM also EBT card and she was very inpatient. It doesn't really matter how I paid. Money is still money. It was a decent transaction. The associate's name is lily by the way. And she was rushing me because she's about to close her line that night. I was the last customer. Overall it's very concerning and the worst experienced I ever had in that store. The manager, Matthew, was nice, polite and all ears .He offered me $15 gift card but I refused because it was an honest complaint that I made that night . Lily was very rude , she didn't acknowledge my presence ( hi) nor say thank you either. She doesn't care that her actions will reflect poorly on Target. I am still couldn't forget what happened yesterday. I hope Target can be better...
Read moreFor 20+ years I've been truly loving the shopping experience Target stores can only delivered. That's until recently that is... In all Target stores the quality of shopping has decreased to staggering proportions, almost toe to toe with the hectic, annoying and poor shopping experience only Walmarts have. The loss prevention team at at least 4 of the Target stores I usually shop have become rude, unprofessional, harassing and I'm sure violating multiple work and guest service standards Target was unique for. I have personally been harassed and even asked to leave by loss prevention on account that " I have been caught shoplifting multiple times" I have been so humiliated that I had to take legal action considerations still in work progress! All in all my bottom line is: is my money, money that I work very hard for and very well earned money; why would I or anyone else choose to spend that honest and hard work money in a place where one is harassed, profiled, humiliated and not appreciated what so ever??? I long for the high quality shopping experience Target was unique for. But in all seriousness suddenly shopping at Walmart looks more and more appealing, and Walmart appreciates your business! Target, I miss you but I'm not going to be subject to some lost prevention college kid's humiliating comments and yelled at with "don't come back" with a smirk and disdain in front of others. You...
Read moreI am mortified! I've been to this Target in the past because it's close to my work. Never again. I came to get family slippers and snacks to only be stalked by a homeless man, ignored by staff when I talked about my concerns, and still stuck in long long lines. Whether self checkout or at a register the wait is crazy. My husband watched as another homeless man tried on clothes from the store, including intimates, and placed them back on the racks since they weren't what they wanted. This is a health concern. I understand getting out of the cold but this act limits my compassion. I'd yell at my own child if they did that in public. Parwa, a register employee, put a positive ending on an otherwise horrible experience. She got us through fast with excellent customer service. I don't understand the first employee we met saying "well are they hurting anyone?"(In reference to the homeless man taking a shower in the restroom). Yes I'm sorry but this is risky, I have a child and shouldn't be worried about my safety while shopping or using the restroom. I will say the good parts about this store is Parwa's smile and care, that the store is very well stocked, and the makeup department now has locked barriers to reduce the crazy amount of theft. However because of this experience I will travel a bit farther to a different Target...
