We had one heck of a long experience and Aldo and HealthMate Hot Tubs was there every step of the way. To start, we were putting a pool in our back yard. We were informed that if we wanted to use the hot tub after the pool was winterized, we needed to have a separate spa. We then went to HealthMate where we met Aldo. Aldo was very patient with us and knowledgeable about all of the spas they sell and the various brands that they do not sell. We then did our own research and found everything shared by Aldo to be accurate. We also interacted with other customers coming into HealthMate to hear about their experience and were reassured that their service was excellent.
When we first ordered the spa, we were waiting for a new pool to be installed and patio to be installed around it. HealthMate was EXTREMELY patient with us. Our firs pool person went out of business, but Caribbean Pools stepped in and delivered an AWESOME backyard, including a beautiful footing for the spa to be delivered. After a year of holding on to our spa, we were ready to have it delivered. We then had a house fire! HealthMate again was totally supportive of what we were going through and were there to talk to whenever we needed them. After the fire, our town wanted us to get a fence in quickly since the pool was then finished. HealthMate got their spa onto our patio as the fence was being installed.
I share all of this detail to let you know that Aldo or any of the other sales representatives will take great care of you through the purchase process. We look forward to an ongoing relationship with HealthMate and Aldo going forward. We have not filled up the hot tub and have no idea if it works yet (being February and no electric at our house yet after the fire) but if you are looking for people that will partner with you and help you throughout the process, HealthMate is the place for you. The install guys were also super good, friendly, respectful, professional and all around great. There were five men installing the hot tub, with no clear leader. Normally this would be a negative, but all five men were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in pointing out what filters need to be changed and when. They also moved the spa after the initial setting to ensure the cover would not rub the wall behind it.
I cant say enough good things about our 2 year relationship in getting our spa purchased and delivered. We have had some pretty serious life events during the purchase and delivery, but Aldo and HealthMate have been awesome throughout. We could not be more blessed by another company. THANK...

The TL;DR; is that the first hot tub I purchased from Healthmate had leak issues — these issues weren’t the fault of Healthmate and were faulty from the tub’s brand’s factory. Alex and the Healthmate service team worked extremely hard over 6 months to find the root of the issues and fix them. After many, many service appointments — Marco, the business owner, stepped back in and worked directly with the manufacturer to get us a new tub — while on a flight to Asia!
Within two weeks of Marco stepping in, we received a brand new tub and have been enjoying it ever since. It’s perfect and everything we could have ever wanted.
This experience impressed us for a variety of reasons:
It shows how Healthmate will not only hold to their warranty, but will go above and beyond to ensure their customers are happy. Marco could have just attempted to fix it over and over again, but he wanted to make sure we were happy and save us future headaches.
Alex and the service team were incredible. No matter how frustrated I was, they were calm, helpful, and understanding. The on-location technicians including Rudi, Ed, and Gol were thorough, comprehensive, and experts on spas. They tried everything and I can’t thank them enough.
I can’t thank JP, Chris, Matt and everyone else on their delivery team enough. They had to install the first tub, remove the tub for service, install it again, then remove it again and replace it with the new tub. Every time they did so, they had to disconnect fence links, pull into my small driveway, and more. They were incredible, respectful of our property, and I cannot thank them enough.

Marco and Larry are both great, and if you haven't talked to them you are denying yourself the opportunity to deal with gentlemen. The delivery team was professional and respectful, making sure everything was perfect before leaving. If your looking for a Hot tub, one call could change it all.... well worth the ride to Greenbrook.
So I have been using the tub for a week now, in freezing weather! The Moto Massage jets are a MUST HAVE. If your shopping around and you actually wet test a Hot Springs with this option it will sell itself. I am so glad I choose the Vanguard as a starter tub, great value, great tub and the team at Healthmate has been great....
UPDATE 1/27/20 after enjoying our tub for 3 years, I yet AGAIN bought another from Healthmate! I now have a beautiful Vanguard GRANDE that can comfortably fit 6 adults without us even sitting close together. The tub is designed to direct the water to the 5 filters and is practically no maintenance whatsoever. I am very picky and hard to please, But Marco and Larry make it easy to be a return customer. I have had this new Hottub for 3 months and can say its size and efficiency are unbelievable. The quality heater, pumps and insulation allow me to keep it at 102 degrees and literally cost pennies a month compared to competitors components.
